Traditional martial arts is one of the main contents of physical education courses in colleges and universities.It is also one of the main ways for college students to strengthen their physical fitness and learn sports knowledge.Self-efficacy is the self-recognition of the individual’s own ability and the effect of his own ability,and self-efficacy is an important indicator to measure the psychological quality of college students.Through the study of the influence of traditional martial arts teaching on college students’ self-efficacy,at the same time,the analysis of different traditional martial arts teaching content can positively influence students’ self-efficacy and find effective ways to improve students’ self-efficacy.Traditional martial arts teaching can play an active role in the self-efficacy of college students,and it can also provide reference for the traditional martial arts teaching curriculum in Chinese universities.In view of this,it is especially necessary to analyze the influence of self-efficacy on the traditional martial arts teaching in colleges and universities.Taking the influence of traditional martial arts teaching on college students’ self-efficacy as the research object,the test data of 90 students from three schools was taken as the research sample.The literature method,logic analysis method,mathematical statistics method and psychometric method were used as research methods.The comparative analysis of test data concluded that after 18 weeks of teaching,traditional martial arts teaching can improve students’ self-esteem level and self-efficacy level;before and after different content teaching,the average value of each dimension of physical self-esteem of college students in Taiji Kungfu fan teaching group is the highest.There is a significant difference between the three-way long boxing group and the Taiji Kungfu fan teaching group.The body self-esteem attraction level and physical self-esteem are higher than the other two groups.The Taiji Kungfu fan teaching group body self-esteem The quality is higher than the 24-style Taijiquan teaching group;the traditional Wushu teaching content is different.The self-efficacy of the Taiji Kungfu fan teaching group is significantly higher than that of the Sanlu Changquan teaching group.The three-way long boxing and the 24-style Taijiquan group are two groups.There is no significant improvement or change in the self-efficacy of college students.
