Abstract/Summary:
This research adopts literature methods, expert interviews, experimental methods, mathematical statistics, aim to exploring the impact of ladder teaching methods on mobile motor development of children aged 5-6 years, and promoting the development of children’s mobile motor. The main conclusions are as follows:1.Agility ladder combination exercise has positive effects on the development of mobile motor of 5-6 years old children. After the experiment, the development of children’s running, standing long jump, hopping, skipping, and front sliding steps have been significantly improved, but the side sliding steps are not improved.2.Agility ladder combination exercise has an imbalance on the development of mobile motor of 5-6 years old children. The specific performance is as follows: after the experimental intervention, the development of running, standing long jump and hopping are better than skipping, front sliding and side sliding steps.3.The impact of the agility ladder combination exercise on mobile motor development of 5-6 years old children has no obvious gender difference but the scores of male and female children are unbalanced. The specific performance is as follows: after the experimental intervention, the male children are, jumping, the score increasing is higher than female children in running, hopping, standing long jump and front sliding, and the score increasing of female children’s side sliding step is the same as male children.
