Research purposes: Early childhood is the most sensitive period for gross motor development.Some defects in the development of movements in this stage will have a negative impact on the physical and mental health development of young children.Effective physical exercise is the most favorable factor to exercise children’s physique and develop children’s gross motor.As a special sport,cha-cha is rich in content,playful and lovely in dance style,has strong interest and unique educational value,and has established a broad mass base among children.The research is guided by the theory of human movement development,this study verified through experiments whether cha-cha exercise can promote the development of big muscle movement of children aged 5-6 years old,and further analyzed the possible mechanism,providing strong support for cha-cha exercise to promote the development of big muscle movement of children aged 5-6 years old,and also providing reference for Latin dance exercise to be carried out and popularized in children aged 5-6 years old.Research methods: This paper selected 5-6 year old children as experimental objects,set up the experimental group and the control group,according to the relevant recommendations of literature review and expert interviews,combined with the cha-cha event movement characteristics and children’s growth and development characteristics to determine the corresponding training content and test indicators,in order to improve the level of development of large muscle movement as the guide,the experimental group children were trained for a period of 16 weeks cha-cha exercise,the control group was trained for general physical activities,the results of various indicators of large muscle movement before and after the experiment were recorded for follow-up analysis by statistical methods,in which paired sample T test was used for intra-group comparison,and independent sample T test was used for inter-group comparison.Experimental results: after the experiment,the test results of large muscle movements of the experimental group and the control group have been improved.in order to further test the experimental results,the test results of various indexes of large muscle movements of the experimental group and the control group before,during and after the experiment are compared and analyzed.the results show that the test results of various indexes of the experimental group are very significant(p<0.01)compared with those before the experiment,while the control group is not significant(p > 0.05)compared with that before the experiment except for the round-trip movement.As far as the training effect of the whole cycle is concerned,the training effect in the first eight weeks of single leg balance and throwing is better than that in the second eight weeks,and the training effect in the eight weeks of round trip,throwing and catching,standing long jump and jumping grid is better than that in the first eight weeks.In the experimental group,there was no significant gender difference in all the indexes of muscular movement development before and after the experiment(p>0.05),but the growth rate of each index was slightly different between male and female infants.Research conclusions: 1.cha-cha exercise can effectively promote the development of 5-6 year old children’s big muscle movements and improve the development level of children’s big muscle movements.2.The growth range of various test indexes for large muscle movements is correlated with the selected cha-cha exercise content,and the longer the cha-cha exercise time is in a certain period of time,the better the training effect will be.3.The content of cha-cha exercise is very interesting and accompanied by strong rhythmic music,which can attract children’s attention,arouse children’s enthusiasm for exercise and have a positive effect on the exercise effect. |
