| Research of purpose: People’s Daily life is inseparable from the action behavior,action development is the most basic and important part of action behavior.5-6 years old is the sensitive period of children’s motor development,during which active and extensive motor intervention can play an important role in children’s later motor development.The purpose of this study is to select martial arts exercises suitable for5-6 years old children according to the characteristics of wushu sports and the law of physical and mental development of 5-6 years old children,and to study the influence of the intervention content on the development of children’s gross movements after the intervention.This paper aims to promote the development of children’s big muscle movements through representative,diversified and more effective martial arts exercises for children,and to explore the path of implanting the development of children’s big movements and physical activity classes in the early stage of traditional ethnic sports.We will learn the fine traditional virtues and qualities of the Chinese nation,carry forward the fine traditional Chinese culture,and build up our national cultural self-confidence.Research methods: This study mainly USES the experimental method,in jiangsu province xuzhou yunlong district emerald city kindergarten two large(5-6 years old),a total of 60 children as the object of experimental intervention,combined with the formation of children’s growth and motor development rule,the martial arts practice group of preschool children’s wushu exercise intervention,regular not setting up class faculty according to the regulations of the kindergarten curriculum.The second version of the gross movement development test scale(6 displacement movements including running,riding jump,one-foot jump,stride jump,sideslip step and standing jump)was developed.The object control actions of hitting the fixed ball,kicking the ball with feet,hitting the ball in place,catching the ball with both hands,throwing the ball on the shoulder,and rolling the ball with hands)were used as the test tools for the difference analysis.Results: Before the intervention,the scores of gross motor development items were all at the same level.After 16 weeks of experimental intervention,the measured results showed that:(1)The comparison before and after the experiment of routine teaching group showed that the score of body displacement item was significantly improved(P <0.05);The total score of object control was significantly increased(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in gender difference(P > 0.05).(2)Before and after the comparison of wushu practice group,the scores of body displacement and object control items were significantly improved(P < 0.01);There was no significant difference in gender difference(P > 0.05).(3)After the experiment,the comparison between the wushu practice group and the routine teaching group showed that: body displacement and object control item scores were significantly different(P < 0.01);The scores of object control items were significantly different(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between boys and girls of the same gender in wushu practice group and routine teaching group(P<0.01)。Conclusion:(1)Through the intervention of children’s wushu practice at 16 weeks,it can effectively promote the development of children’s gross movement ability at 5-6 years old.Through comparison,it is found that children’s wushu practice is better than the intervention effect of physical activity on children in the kindergarten syllabus of this age group.(2)Children’s martial arts exercises have a promoting effect on body displacement and object control items of children aged 5-6 years,among which the influence on the development of body displacement skill movements is much greater than that of object control skill movements.(3)After 16 weeks of experimental intervention,children of different genders showed differences in gross motor development,but no significant differences. |
