Objective: To integrate the basic skills of early childhood into physical fitness training activities, enrich the contents of children's sports activities, compare the physical activity in view of motor development and general sports activities in the development of action to promote the development of children's action. To explore the training activities to promote the development of children's gross motor.Significance: to provide effective training and theoretical guidance for the early development of young children's gross motor. Methods: The 120 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(30 subjects in the experimental group,30 subjects in the control group,30 subjects in the experimental group and 30 subjects in the control group)according to the age group. The experimental group was carried out twice a week for 1 hour for 12 weeks of physical training in view of motor development. The control group carried out general physical training activities. Before and after the experiment, the experimental group and the control group were tested by TGMD-2 test system, and the relevant data were collected and collated. Results: After the experiment intervention of physical training activities in view of motor development, the total score of gross motor, locomotor and object control motor in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);the specific action scores also had very high significant difference(P<0.01).The scores of the 5-year-old experience group and the 6-year-old experience group after experiment were significantly higher than those of the experiment group before experiment(P<0.01);the specific action scores also had very high significant difference(P< 0.01).The scores of the 5-year-old control group and the 6-year-old control group after experiment were significantly higher than those of the control group before experiment(P<0.01).But according to the specific motor score,There was no significant difference both in gallop, slide, kick, striking a stationary ball and underhand roll in the 5-year-old control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference both in horizontal jump, leap, overhand throw and underhand roll in the 6-year-old control group(P>0.05).There is a clear imbalance in the development of the specific actions in the control group.Compared with the experimental group, the development of the young children is not complete, and some motor ability can not be effectively improved and developed. Conclusion: 1)The physical training of young children in the perspective of motor development can effectively promote the development of 5-6 years old children's gross movements and improve the development level of children's gross movements.2)the development of physical training from the perspective of physical training compared to the general physical training of young children,to promote the motor development of 5-6 years old children have a better effect.3)motor development perspective of the children's physical fitness training activities more emphasis on the development of basic action ability, including all the children's gross motor skills, which can promote children to better and faster grasp the basic motor ability.
