With the continuous improvement of education standard and the advancement of curriculum reform,education informatization has been increasingly valued by educational researchers.The flipped classroom which grounds on information technology has become a research hotspot in education.In order to response to the call of innovation and entrepreneurship education,Internet plus and informational education,this article attempts to apply the flipping classroom to the teaching reform practice of the"Marketing Research"training curriculum in colleges and universities,integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into traditional courses.This article will also help to improve the teaching efficiency and effectiveness,strengthens practical training and practical teaching,which will provide ideas,teaching models,practical research data,and teaching thinking to the implementation of the flipped classroom in college financial and practical training courses.This article uses literature research,observation survey,interview survey,questionnaire survey,action research and other methods.Firstly,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign literature,after concluding the flipped classroom mode of Teaching mode and its application in colleges and universities,this article proposes that applying the flipped classroom to colleges and universities is an inevitable trend.Then this article sorts out the advantages of flipping the classroom and the shortcomings of traditional classroom teaching in practical training and analyzes the necessity of applying the flipped classroom into the teaching reform of practical training.Next,taking the "Marketing Research" training curriculum as an example,this article proposes the "market research" curriculum reform ideas based on flipped classrooms,including teaching design principles,teaching content,teaching models,learning evaluation index system and the Flipped classroom based on mobile APP.Finally,this paper uses the action research method to conduct teaching experiments.Through feedback from questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers,we demonstrate that flipping classrooms can effectively improve students'interests in learning,comprehensive ability and teaching effectiveness.Also,the advantages of the model are summarized and the solutions are proposed.The results show that the flipped classroom stimulated the students'interest and initiative in learning,and improved the students'comprehensive ability,especially the ability of self-learning,analysis and problem solving,as well as practical operation skills,and effectively improved the learning effect and teaching quality of college students.It also shows that it is necessary and feasible to implement the flipped classroom teaching in the teaching reform of financial and practical courses in colleges and universities.
