With the continuous improvement of education quality and constant progress of curriculum reform, more and more scholars begin to pay attention to educational informationization. As independent learning, inquiry learning and cooperative learning are now the core and primary tasks for student cultivation. It is imperative to develop a student-oriented model of teaching in which educational resources and technologies are properly used to constantly reform the management style and operating system, in which teachers play the instructional role and help students participate in class inquiry and discussion of certain subjects.Flipped classroom, as a new mode of teaching, has gained much approval. It is different from the traditional classroom teaching, in which teacher plays the central role, imparting knowledge from the books to students, while students are passive learners who merely finish their assignments after school, thus forming a teaching pattern featuring teacher’s one-way instillation and student’s passive acceptance. It is not good for students to tap their potentials and can also hinder their comprehensive development and personality display. The author found, in the current training curriculum at colleges and universities, due to limited time and large content of theories, teachers spend most of the time illustrating complex principles and demonstrating basic operating skills, but lack attention to students, making them passive in class and gradually lose their interests in learning, thus leading to unsatisfactory training results. To address the above problem, this paper made the following studies:first, based on a large amount of literature reading and summarizing, it defined relevant concepts of "flipped classroom" and "training curriculum", and fully analyzed the current research situation of flipped classroom and the teaching patters both at home and abroad; through surveys on college training curriculum and learner’s present situation of requirement, it analyzed learners’ attitude towards the training curriculum and flipped classroom teaching, constructed a teaching pattern of training curriculum by absorbing and drawing the strength of the latter, that is, pre-class independent learning based on learning platform, in-class training teaching based on simulation environment, and after-class comprehensive practice based on simulation software. Next, it used the training curriculum of class 2012 accounting major in Dianchi College of Yunnan University as a case study and introduced its specific implementation based on flipped classroom, and analyzed its application effects from various aspects including learners’learning attitude, classroom participation, ability of independent learning, teacher’s feedback, and students’ performance and practical ability through literature research method, questionnaire survey, observation method, experimental method and case study method. Lastly, it reached the conclusion according to research data that learners’attitude, participation degree, performance and practical ability all largely improved, pointed out the innovation and shortcomings of the research, and gave prospect to future study as well.
