Research On Work Stress Of Nursing Home Nurses Involved In Social Work

With the increase of the demand for socialized pension service,nursing staff in pension service institutions have gradually received extensive attention from all walks of life,especially the increasing attention on the working conditions,quality and treatment of nursing staff.Institutional nursing assistants are the main body providing services for the elderly directly,which determines the quality of institutional nursing services to a large extent.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,Chinese institutional nursing assistants are generally faced with the problems of long working hours,high working intensity,poor welfare benefits and low service level.As time goes by,the working pressure of nursing assistants will become more and more serious.Pension nurse job stress can produce body function decline,plain slacking,anxiety,interpersonal tension,such as negative consequences,affecting pension nurse in nursing professional identity,and easily lead to job burnout,negative emotion and attitude,seriously affecting pension nurse daily life and work,more conducive to the development and progress of endowment service.How to alleviate or solve the work pressure of nursing staff for the aged is of great significance for promoting the development of nursing staffs own professional activities,promoting the development of nursing institutions,and improving the quality of nursing service and the development of social nursing service industry in China.Nursing homes are one of the main forms of pension institutions in China,which play an important role in the development of pension services.In this study,nursing home nurses as the object of study,through the method of questionnaire and case interview,analyze the status quo of work pressure of nursing home nurses and its causes;Using the working method of social working group,the nursing assistants should look on their own occupation positively and form a correct view of occupation.At the same time,help nursing staff learn to face up to the work pressure,and take reasonable ways to alleviate the work pressure.At the same time,enhance the sense of identity of nursing nursing staff,enhance the ability of nursing nursing staff to deal with work pressure.This study in four of the nursing home in T city endowment caregivers to survey found that most of the pension nurse long working hours,working strength,low wages,low old-age nursing skills,provide only basic care services,cannot satisfy the needs of higher nursing home old man,and work pressure is bigger,affect the endowment caregivers of career identity,and to their work and life has a certain influence.In view of the current situation and problems of work pressure of elderly care workers,and combined with the causes of work pressure,social workers carry out supportive group work,on the one hand to help elderly care workers build a stable social support network,from which to obtain the support force to alleviate work pressure.On the other hand,I will help nursing assistants learn communication skills and adopt effective communication methods to enhance their ability to communicate with family members,colleagues,senior citizens in institutions and leaders.Finally,according to the actual results of the group activities,social workers analyzed the advantages of the work methods of the social work group to intervene in the work pressure of nursing assistants,and summarized their successful experience.At the same time,we should find out the shortcomings and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The social work practice exploration of this research also has certain reference function and value to the social work intervention other similar question.
