Study On Aged Care Nursing Staffs’ Psychological Pressure Of Social Work Intervention

With the development of economy and society,especially the emergence of new family model,the form of new "social endowment",such as nursing home,is gaining more and more recognition and popularity.Although the nursing home hardware facilities play a key role,the nurse is the soul of the nursing home.As the main body of the service provided by the aged,the aged nurses need to be cared for in psychological counseling,spiritual support and emotional consolation.Visiting J Nursing homes found that most of the nurses are older and less educated,although they have a wealth of work experience,but only a few are professionally trained.However,the work of a wide variety,long hours,poor wages and social recognition of the low reality more aggravating the psychological pressure of the elderly caregivers.Prolonged periods of stress can greatly affect their physical and mental health.The mental health problem of the aged nurses is related to the old-age life quality and the development of pension cause.This paper takes Xiangtan’s J-nursing home as an example to find out the source of the pressure of the old-age nursing staff and the effect of it by using the questionnaire and the questionnaire.In the late period,as the working time and the particularity of the work content,the method of selecting group work is the main means of intervention.Group activities were carried out on the subject of treatment and compression,and the theory of emotion ABC and anti-reverse force were applied in the process of concrete practice.The combination of theory and practice is the biggest pillar of research.The study wants to use social work method to alleviate the psychological pressure of the aged nursing staff,adjust the bad mood,and improve the ability of resisting pressure.This article is mainly to the nurses psychological pressure social work intervention research,the exploration alleviates the nurses the psychological pressure method,also is to the old society research enrichment and the consummation.
