At present,the aging of the population is in a severe form.The "silver wave" has increased the demand for pension in China,and the weakening of family structure with fewer children and family pension function has promoted the rapid development of social pension demand.Under the trend of aging,the number of disabled and mentally retarded elderly people has increased,making the role of institutional pension increasingly prominent.Nursing staff is the largest body of the pension service industry.As the implementers and executors,they directly provide life care and nursing services for the elderly.They are the main force of elderly care service personnel and a key element to promote the sustainable development of the elderly care service industry.However,the nursing staff have different dilemmas,such as heavy work tasks,imperfect social support network or insufficient use,strict emotional labor requirements,high turnover rate,resulting in low service quality of nursing staff.These factors are not conducive to the healthy development of the elderly care worker industry,but also lead to the elderly’s quality of life and service requirements can not be met,resulting in a vicious circle.This study takes the staff of Y pension institution in Y City as the research object,and selects one nurse as the service object.Based on the theory of social support,data are collected by means of participatory observation and semi-structured interview,so as to go deep into the actual work and life of the service object,and carry out targeted case work services.Use professional skills of social work to understand and analyze the difficulties faced by service objects,construct and improve the social support network of nursing staff from the level of family,caretakers and interest groups,and constantly improve the quality of services provided by nursing staff for the elderly by stimulating their work enthusiasm and confidence,so that the elderly group can obtain more high-quality and guaranteed nursing services to improve the quality of life and quality of life.Finally,based on the above results,the author puts forward suggestions from the level of formal and informal support on how to protect the rights and interests of nursing care workers and improve the social support network of nursing care workers,such as improving the personal skills of nursing care workers,improving the institutional reward and punishment system,correcting social stereotypes,etc.,in order to provide references for later research on nursing care workers.
