Social Work Research On Summer Care Service For Children Of Military Children

The duty of soldiers is to defend national security,defend and guard national borders,maintain social stability,etc.However,due to the peculiarities of the military family: the military parents 'work is busy,the work mobility is large,and the military family members are scattered,and it is difficult for the children to receive complete family education,especially in the summer,there is a "difficult care" situation,in order to give better treatment to children of military families,social education supplements and improves school and family education of children of military families,improves the education system of children of military families,and introducing professional social workers is a more effective way.This article takes the project of "Battle Camp Buddy Eagle Help" that the author participated in as an example to understand the summer care classes of military children and the staff and students of summer care classes through field research and literature research.It is found that some students in the summer school have problems with low self-identity,often low mood,and unwillingness to talk with others;the curriculum of summer care classes lacks military characteristics and it is difficult to reflect the differences of military summer care classes;some staff in summer care classes lacked professional knowledge in social work;and parents had a low level of knowledge about social work.Therefore,the author carried out group work on some students in the summer care class,starting from three aspects of group members' self-identity,emotional characteristics and social support,help them to find their own advantages,identify emotions and build their own support system,so as to achieve the improvement of the level of resistance,andeffectively promote the comprehensive development of military children,but in the process of intervention,there is also a practical dilemma that the service target of the group work is limited due to time.Finally,some suggestions are made for these problems in the summer care services for young children of military personnel:improve service quality,strengthen communication and publicity,and enrich the content of innovative summer trusteeship services,in order to better promote social work and intervene in military children's summer trusteeship services,and provide more high-quality custody services for the majority of military children.
