Life education is an important part of education.Strengthening the life education of primary school students is the internal requirement for promoting their all-around development.Its ultimate purpose is to guide pupils to understand life,cultivate pupils'consciousness of loving life and cherishing life,improve the quality of life and realize the value of life.In recent years,with the country to students "reduce the burden" and the increase of dual-work families,the demand market for primary school student custody is also gradually expanding,so primary school student custody class came into being at the historic moment.Nowadays,primary school student care mainly includes after-school care and winter and summer vacation care.These care services guarantee the safety of students to a certain extent,and also reduce the burden of dual working families to take care of children.However,today's primary school student care services only stay in the safety care and school counseling,and mainly focus on the safety care,physical and mental development of primary school students,self-worth and life planning less attention.The increasing rate of child suicide also indicates that these children have insufficient cognition of the meaning and value of life and the meaning of death.Moreover,there is less guidance and support from family,school and society.During the internship in C community,the author found the following problems during the summer care period for primary school students:first of all,some primary school students have weak consciousness of life,like to fight and make trouble,and often have contradictions and conflicts,and the way to handle interpersonal relationships is too radical;Secondly,the primary school students often cannot correctly view the competition of the project activities,extremely emotional,and cannot face up to the setbacks in life;In addition,they don't like learning,lack goal motivation,and nearly have plans for the future.In response to these problems,the author plans to carry out group activities,according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs and social learning theory,applying the method of team work and professional skills,such as communication,listening,by the same token,to help pupils know about life,understand life,learn to love life,cherish life,to improve the elementary student's life consciousness,cultivating pupils' survival skills,promote elementary student's life value.Look at the relationship correctly between man and himself,man and man,man and environment and the relationship between human and life.Finally,through the practical experience of social work,the author draws a conclusion on the basis of summarizing and discussing the service effect:first,the group's objectives are basically achieved and the expected results are achieved on the whole.The team members' life awareness was improved and their survival skills were also improved.Second,group work has feasibility and applicability to the life education of primary school students.Its feasibility lies in the two are consistent in the idea and the goal,both with the life affects the life to promote the comprehensive development of human beings;Its applicability lies in that the interaction between peer groups in group interaction internalizes the cognition of group members and shows corresponding behaviors,which is conducive to the absorption of life education among group members.In addition it is also applied to the winter vacation and other vacation trusteeship.Third,life education is a long-term process rather than an overnight process.It is not enough to carry out group activities only through social workers,so it requires the joint participation of schools,families,communities and social entities too.
