Birth, death and migration are the three basic contents of demographic research.Birth rate and death rate play a decisive role in the natural changes of population. The level of mortality is a measure of the health of an area.China is the world's most populous country, due to the large population base, the natural growth rate of population small changes will lead to larger changes in the size of the population.Since the founding of new China, with the improvement of the economy and medical and health conditions, the ability to control inf'ectious diseases and other chronic diseases has been enhanced, and the death rate of the population has dropped rapidly. At the same time, the improvement of people's living standards and the emphasis on their own health have triggered concern and discussion on death.Through the analysis of the death level, summarize the factors affecting the death rate,in order to improve population health, reduce the death rate, extend life expectancy.Death is an important event in life and the ultimate destination of life.As the objective law of death can not change with the will of people, the current scientific level and medical and health conditions can only extend life as long as possible, but also can not stop the arrival of death. In this paper, using the "filth census","six,"data, and according to the"six,"data for prediction of the future population of north China, east China region, for the death of north China, east China region level for the same period of transverse ratio and different periods of the longitudinal comparison,at the same time in the two areas according to the points of gender, urban and rural and points the different division standard such as education level, compared with the mortality of the two different areas of the crowd. To explore the change of death level under different influencing factors. This paper first discusses the impact of mortality on population growth scale and population structure, and summarizes the development of demography in China. In order to make a horizontal and vertical comparison between the death levels in north China and east China, the death levels in the two regions were compared and analyzed using the census data from the national bureau of statistics as the main data source. The results show that the mortality rate in north and east:China in 2010 was significantly lower than that in 2000,with the most significant decline in infant mortality and the largest decline in rural infant mortality, but there is still room for further decline. In 2010,the sex-specific death rate in north China was lower than that in east China. After the standardized data processing, the sex-specific death rate in north China was higher than that in east China.Meanwhile, the life expectancy in east China was higher than that in north China. This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of the research.Secondly, previous studies on death level and life expectancy are reviewed. Finally, the research methods and ideas are introduced. The second chapter is a comparative analysis of death levels in north China and east China in the past 20 years, and the CPPS software was used to plot the life expectancy table for each age group. The comparison shows that mortality rates of all ages decreased in 2010,while the mortality rate in east China was lower than that in north China, and there were significant gender an d urban-rural differences in mortality rates. At the same time, the comparison shows that there is a certain relationship between mortality and years of education. The third chapter makes a comparative analysis of the death levels in north and east China based on the population development trend in the next 20 years. The comparison shows that although the life expectancy of the population has been extended, the mortality rate in north and east China has been rising in the next 20 years due to the change of population structure, the deepening of aging and the increase of death toll. The fourth chapter analyzes the factors affecting the death level in north and east China, and analyzes the differences between the two regions from the influencing factors, and finds that there are significant differences between the two regions in population structure and population education.Chapter five summarizes the results of the comparative analysis of death levels in north and east China according to the full text, and finds out the reasons for such difference in death and the existing problems in the two regions' population structure.
