Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Characteristic School Of Campus Football In Jinan Primary School

In recent years,although China has issued a series of policies in the development of football,the results of the competition are still not optimistic.Therefore,the development of campus football has been continuously concerned by the state leaders.The state strives to improve the development of football through various means.In 2015,the Ministry of Education and other six departments also issued documents to encourage the establishment of experimental areas for football-specific schools across the country to develop youth campus football.In order to further promote the development of campus football,the Ministry of Education issued a special report on the national youth campus football in 2018.The school's selection of work plans to create another 30,000 unique schools by 2025.Through investigation and analysis,this paper tries to find out the problems or shortcomings of Jinan City's football characteristic schools,and gives corresponding suggestions to promote the sustainable development of campus football in Jinan and cultivate more outstanding football reserve talents for the country.This paper selects 10 football-specific primary schools in Jinan as the research object,mainly using the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to investigate and analyze the status quo of Jinan City Primary School Campus Football School.Mainly from the faculty,student participation,campus football culture,organization competition,funds and venue facilities,etc.,found that the professionalism of football teachers needs to be improved,the school can use limited funds,the campus football culture form is single,the propaganda is not enough,etc.At the end of the paper,the corresponding solutions to improve teachers' professional quality,guarantee the allocation of special funds for campus football,enhance the campus football culture atmosphere and increase the intensity of campus football promotion are proposed.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The football class offered by the latest batch of campus soccer characteristic primary schools in Jinan meets the requirements,but the teachers mainly teach football techniques or organize games and competitions in the class,lack of football tactical learning and quality training,and lack the assistance of football theory classes.2.Although the age and academic qualifications of teachers in Jinan City Campus Football Primary School are relatively optimistic,the level of coaches and referees of teachers need to be improved.3.Students' learning attitude is more optimistic.The motivation for students to participate in football is mainly that football can exercise.However,in the choice of participating in sports,football is much more popular among boys than girls.4.The venue of Jinan Primary School Football School is mainly artificial turf.The number of football in the school can also basically meet the class and training.Students are basically satisfied with the equipment and facilities of the school.5.Jinan City Primary School Football Characteristic School Campus Football Culture Activities mainly organizes the observation of football matches and club activities.Each school needs to strengthen its campus football propaganda.6.Most of the primary school football schools in Jinan participated in and organized the four-level league and on-campus football competitions.The competition system is mainly five-a-side and seven-a-side.Almost every school has its own football team.The school's sports funding sources are mainly government grants and school grants,and access to resources is limited.7.The attitude of parents of school students to students participating in campus football activities needs to be further improved.Parents do not agree that the main reason for students to participate in football is to delay students' learning and injury in sports.
