The primary school stage is the most basic stage of life development,and also a key period for personality development and character development.Therefore,in the primary school stage,children should be given many opportunities for possible development,thus promoting the overall development of students.Primary school community activities and classroom teaching are complementary,and it is essential to implement quality education and develop students' core literacy.Compared with classroom teaching,community activities pay more attention to cultivating students' practical ability and gain direct experience.In recent years,the primary school community has gradually received attention,and primary schools across the country are also opening various kinds of associations and organizing various community activities.However,the current development of the primary school community is still in its infancy and faces a series of problems.This paper uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview investigation method to investigate the current situation of the activities of primary school clubs in Shijiazhuang City.The main contents of this study and the contents of each chapter are as follows:Part1: the introduction part.Mainly introduces the question,the theoretical and practical research significance,the related research summary at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,and the innovation of the research.Part2: Starting from the three concepts of “association”,“student association”and “primary school community”,analyzes the main characteristics of the activities of primary school associations,and deepens the Marxist theory of practice,Dewey's life education theory and Marx's theory of all-round development.Understand,provide a theoretical basis for the development of primary school community activities.Part3:Divided into survey design and survey results and analysis.This part analyzes the data collected by the questionnaire survey and the information collected by the interview survey,and divides the collected information into “the knowledge of student club activities.” And the attitude,the status quo of the development of the activities of the primary school community and the results of the development of the activities of the primary school community,through the data compilation,the current status of the activities of the primary school community in Shijiazhuang City is presented.Part 4: further analyze the data analyzed in the third chapter,summarize the characteristics of the current primary school community activities and their existing problems.Although the activities of the primary school community are not very mature in most schools,in the activities of the primary school community that have been carried out and are constantly developing,the author finds that when carrying out the activities of the student associations,it focuses on highlighting the students' personal temperament,cultivating students' interest,and breaking the traditional Education mode,the implementation of quality education,most schools also infiltrate the "health and safety education concept" in the activities of the club,while taking care of the needs of different families and free associations.However,at the same time,there are also some problems: the school pays too much attention to the number and scale of the associations,neglects the quality,the equipment venues are not followed up in time,the development of bedding,the funds have not been fully supported,the further development is affected,and the teachers have not received systematic training.The professional level is low,parents do not have an in-depth understanding,lack of identity,students' own reasons,and community management is difficult.Part 5: Combining survey data,interview information and related materials to analyze the problems found in the previous chapter.The author believes that the causes of the above problems may be as follows: excessive emphasis on academic performance,neglect of students' comprehensive development,school funding shortage,difficult to implement Equipment venue problems,up and down communication are blocked,it is difficult to obtain support from all walks of life,education funds are tight,it is difficult to build a professional faculty team,parents have limited energy,it is difficult to fully understand the school community,primary school children are still young,and physical and mental development is immature.Part 6: With regard to the above existing problems,combined with relevant information and personal opinions,the following countermeasures are proposed: rational planning and evaluation management system,seeking long-term development,rational planning of existing resources,efforts to expand new resources,strengthening exchanges and cooperation,and promoting community activities.Going to the society,rationally allocating resources,optimizing the teacher team,strengthening the connection and publicity of the home school,fostering the development of the community,enriching the community activities,and enhancing students' interest in participation.
