The basic education in China is the national,local and school three-level curriculum management system,which has both echo and connection.School-based curriculum development emphasizes that school-based curriculum development can make up for the lack of pertinence of national curriculum development based on the school's own teaching reality and the needs of teachers and students.The compulsory education art curriculum standard(2011 edition)clearly proposes in the textbook compilation proposal: "actively develop local art curriculum resources.Local curriculum resources are very rich,and local art teaching and research institutions,researchers and teachers should make efforts to do a good job of development,organize local investigation,understanding,classification,and full use,and actively write school-based curriculum and teaching materials.Schools in rural,remote and ethnic minority areas can adapt to local conditions and make full use of local resources to carry out distinctive art teaching activities.The curriculum development of local art resources is conducive to enriching the art teaching content,improving the art teaching efficiency and highlighting the features of local art education.The research was carried out from five parts: the introduction part explained the background and significance of the research,and summarized the current research status of the art school-based curriculum development at home and abroad.On this basis,the main research contents,methods,ideas and innovation points of the paper were determined.The first chapter expounds the concept and importance of school-based curriculum development theoretically,and further expounds the importance of school-based curriculum development based on the education art curriculum standard issued by the ministry of education.Chapter two discusses and analyzes the actual situation of the development of fine arts school-based curriculum in primary schools from the trend of the development of fine arts school-based curriculum and the problems existing in the course of the development of school-based curriculum.The third chapter is the main part of the article,folk paper-cut resources for school-based curriculum development in hebei area as an example,the comb from the resources and development value,teaching target,teaching strategy design,practice teaching and classroom assessment practice on the development of school-based curriculum research on the several aspects such as,and in view of the problems that exist in the second chapter puts forward innovative Suggestions for improvement.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the third chapter practical research,analyzes the effectiveness of the development of the school-based curriculum from three aspects of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the school-based curriculum development,and makes further thoughts and prospects.In the conclusion part,the research conclusion is drawn based on the analysis of specific problems and the prospect of future research,in order to provide practical and theoretical basis for the development of art school-based curriculum in primary schools.Through the combination of theoretical research and practical teaching,this paper explores new teaching ideas and methods in art paper-cut teaching in primary schools,and analyzes and summarizes the accumulated practical results in teaching practice,hoping to provide reference and further research for those colleagues who are willing to engage in paper-cut teaching and promotion.
