Physical education in the 21 st century is to link skills,cognition,health education and emotional education to a comprehensive and comprehensive education that strengthens the bones,increases knowledge,refines the will and emotions.Therefore,education and teaching need to continuously and profoundly change,which is not only for the better development of education,but also the requirement for the development of teachers' business ability,and it is also the need to improve the quality of education and teaching.The appropriate teaching mode is of great significance to promote the comprehensive and comprehensive development of students and the development of future education.Flipping the classroom teaching mode is to reconstruct the regular classroom learning process,to build a new knowledge for the students before the class,and to complete the knowledge internalization process with the help of the teachers.It is a brand-new teaching mode.At the same time,with the help of network information technology to release teaching resources,master the dynamics of students' learning process,and carry out personalized counseling in a targeted manner,to a certain extent,to meet the individual needs of students,and to provide some help to students with learning difficulties.This thesis uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and logic analysis to analyze the basic theory of flipping classroom teaching mode.Based on the research of basic theory,the aerobics optional course is designed.The experimental process of flipping the classroom teaching mode was carried out,and the students of the Hebei Aerospace College 2017 aerobics elective course were used as experimental subjects.The experimental research on the teaching process was carried out,and the main conclusions were drawn as follows:(1)Based on the basic theory of flipping classroom teaching mode,this study combines the advantages of aerobics teaching,and analyzes the feasibility of using the flipping classroom teaching mode in the aerobics elective course,and applies the aerobics optional course.The process design was carried out by flipping the classroom teaching mode.(2)On the basis of flipping the classroom teaching mode,after the empirical research,the flipping classroom teaching mode is feasible and operable in the teaching of aerobicselective courses.(3)Experiments have shown that flipping the classroom teaching mode has a certain impact on students.Mainly manifested in: First of all,the development of students' physical quality and physical and mental aspects has been improved.Secondly,students' aerobics skills are well mastered.Finally,students have higher recognition of flipping classroom teaching,and believe that flipping classroom teaching has a positive impact on future learning life.
