In order to promote the development of China’s education,the Ministry of Education has this paragraph in the document of the Ten-Year Development Plan for Educational Informatization(2011-2020): to innovate the way and mode of talent training and create a new information-based teaching environment,it is necessary to pay attention to the comprehensive integration of information technology and educational resources.Innovative network media technology has given rise to digital education technology.Currently,higher education all over the world is experiencing a digital,networked,intelligent and globalized teaching reform.After the emergence of the concept of "flipped classroom",it has gradually become the focus of attention in the field of education.Later,in the process of the integrated development of MOOC and Flipped Classroom,the combined teaching mode of "SPOC+ Flipped Classroom" has attracted the attention of university educators.In this paper,using the methods of literature,experiment,Mathematical Statistics and other major research methods,the experimental class on the implementation of a new classroom teaching model based on SPOC reversal of the teaching experiment,the purpose is to explore the effect of this teaching model in teaching,and to provide some reference for the implementation of "SPOC + flipped classroom"teaching model in universities.The research results show that:1.The results show that there is no significant difference in flexibility between the experimental class and the control class,endurance and other physical qualities(P>0.05).Note: "SPOC+ flipped classroom" the improvement of aerobics teaching mode and traditional teaching mode the students to improve the physical quality of aerobics students have good effects.2.The experiment proved that the students the autonomous learning ability of the experimental class is significantly higher than that of the control class(P<0.05).Note: "SPOC+ Flipped Classroom" teaching mode has a significant effect on improving students’ autonomous learning ability.3.The experiment proved that the students in the experimental class improved significantly in learning attitude compared with the control class,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).Note: "SPOC+ Flipped Classroom" teaching mode has a significant effect on improving students’ attitude towards aerobics learning.4.The experimental results show that the theoretical knowledge of Aerobics in the experimental class is significantly higher than that in the control class,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).Note: "SPOC+ Flipped Classroom" teaching mode can significantly improve students’ grasp of basic theoretical knowledge of aerobics,and theoretical knowledge combined with practice is more conducive to mastering the technical movements.5.The experiment proved that the students in the experimental class improved significantly in aerobics skills compared with the control class,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).Instructions: "SPOC+ Flipped Classroom" teaching mode has a significant effect on the improvement of students’ aerobics performance.6.The experiment proves that the experimental class has a significant improvement in learning atmosphere and interpersonal relationship compared with the control class,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).Note: Students have a high degree of recognition of "SPOC + flipped classroom" teaching mode.Students think that in this mode of teaching,the learning atmosphere and interpersonal relationship will be significantly improved,which will have a positive impact on their future study and life.Research recommendations:1."SPOC Flipped Classroom" teaching mode should be analyzed on a case-by-case basis for different teaching courses,so as to design the specific teaching process that conforms to the course.2.The teaching effect of "SPOC+ Flipped classroom" is closely related to the learning resources released by the course.Learning resources should be closely related to the teaching content required by the syllabus,and teachers must insist on learning and innovation in consideration of students’ personality development.3."SPOC Flipped Classroom" teaching mode has been tested and shown to have good effects on students’ learning enthusiasm and technical performance in elective aerobics course teaches in a university,This mode can also be used for other recommended sports.4.When the "SPOC Flipped Classroom" teaching mode is applied in physical education courses,examinations with monthly or partial skills can be taken.The examination results can reflect the learning effect of students at this stage,which is helpful to timely adjust the teaching details at the later stage,so as to improve the teaching effect of physical education.
