Research purposes and significance: The purpose of this paper is to compare the effect of PNF stretching and traditional stretching on the training of 100 meters,so as to get the better training method and the best effect time,and whether the PNF stretching training can be At one point in time,the flexibility is reduced while reducing the loss of explosive power,which in turn provides a reference for the coach's coaching and athlete training.In addition,this paper improves the scientific theory of PNF application by exploring its working mechanism,and expands the research scope of PNF stretching in the field of motion.Research methods: This paper selected 20 male students from the 17 th track and field special class of the Athletic Sports Institute of Beijing Sport University as the experimental subjects,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group underwent a 10-week PNF stretching study(2 weeks)and training(8 weeks)under the guidance of a professional,and the control group underwent 8 weeks of traditional stretching training.The 100-meter scores at different time points after the test,the running frequency and the step length on the way,and how the changes were observed were observed.Before the formal experiment,this paper also designed a preliminary experiment to provide reference for the formal experiment.After the experiment,Dartfish video analysis software and sports statistics software were used to analyze and compare the data before and after the comparison,so that the PNF stretching training had a certain influence on the100-meter performance of male sports students.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of PNF stretching training,the subject's 100-meter score,running length and stride frequency were improved compared with the previous ones.The subject's 100-meter score was 10 minutes after the test.Significantly improved(p<0.05);the average step size on the way was significantly improved within 10 minutes after the test(including the 10 th minute)(p<0.05);the average walking frequency on the way was not statistically significant after the test(p>0.05)(2)The control group did not perform PNF stretching exercises before and after the test,and found that the 100-meter performance was significantly improved 5minutes after the test(p<0.05),and the running length was significant at 5 minutes after the test.The improvement was(p<0.05),and the running frequency was significantly lower(p<0.05)than 10 minutes after the test(excluding 10 minutes).(3)PNF stretching is better than traditional stretching training in improving the100-meter score of the subjects.The difference between the two is statistically significant(p<0.05)10 minutes after the test,and the running length is increased during the increase.PNF stretching is also better than traditional stretching in maintaining and reducing the frequency of running on the way.Conclusion: It shows that after 8 weeks of regular PNF stretching training intervention,it has an effect on the 100-meter performance of male sports college students,and the effect is best after 10 minutes of practice,and at the 5th and 10 th time points after the intervention,the test The step size and stride frequency of the runners are also improved at the same time.
