Research On Innovation And Development Of Traditional Sports In Middle School PE Class

The inheritance and development of traditional sports programs are becoming more and more concerned,especially in the promotion and development of middle school.China has issued a document to stipulate that "education in primary and secondary schools should penetrate the national spirit education content.The amount of PE class increases Chinese martial arts content.Quanzhou is the hometown of south shaolin martial arts,with many excellent traditional sports,including five ancestral boxing.The research on the protection and development of traditional sports in Quanzhou has carried on some beneficial exploration and practice.Quanzhou education bureau launched the five ancestral boxing aerobics program in 2013 and gradually promoted it to the city middle school P.E.class the same year.Five ancestral boxing setting-up exercise is a traditional sports items(south shaolin five ancestral boxing)in the middle school sports innovative development projects,the implementation of nearly four years to get good education effect,and project promotion effect,experience in research and popularization value.This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,based on the historical trace of five ancestral boxing,this article analyzes the background and five ancestral boxing setting-up exercise five set of boxing calisthenics development course,through to the students and the teachers of five ancestral boxing calisthenics teaching effect evaluation,exercise the effect evaluation and satisfaction,parsing the implementation of the Quanzhou city middle school sports teaching present situation,and the five ancestral boxing setting-up exercise in the middle school sports teaching conduct the thorough research to the problems that exist in the implementation process.
