Research On The Development Of Community Ecological Sports In Chongqing

With the development of social economy,the vigorous promotion about the ecological civilization and national fitness from the country,ecological sports construction has played an important role in promoting national fitness and economic development.Community ecological sports has gradually become a new breakthrough in sporting construction.This paper studies the problems that existing in the development of community ecological sports,analyzes the causes of problems and proposes the targeted solutions in the basics,which has important practical significance for the construction of community ecological sports in Chongqing.To research and analyze in the status of development community ecological sports in Chongqing,by using the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on.The results show that:The system of index about community ecological sports in Chongqing is: combining the theories of ecological civilization and sustainable development,which from the aspects of consciousness,system,coordination and continuity of community ecological sports to research on the status quo of the development community ecological sports in Chongqing scientifically and comprehensively.The current development status of community ecological sports in Chongqing is:the infrastructure of community sports is relatively backward and lacks of legal guarantee,the prominent contradiction between the satisfaction of residents' diversified sports demand and the total number of fitness venues.The knowledge of community eco-sports can't understand enough deeply and the systematic understanding of community eco-sports is insufficient for residents.It is difficult to coordinate the status of sports in personal life;The government departments plan and construct the residents' sports needs rarely.The type of community sports resources' input is relatively simple.Traditional sports projects rely more on the masses of spontaneous organizations,and the problems of excavating and inheriting traditional sports culture are quite difficult.The main reasons to analyze the development of community ecological sports in Chongqing: lacking of the policy about government formulation,the investment and ideological propaganda and the channels about community financing are simple.Moreover,the community sports lack of reasonable and effective management mechanism coordinately;The residents lack of the systematic understanding awareness about physical exercise;In addition,the feature of community traditional sports is professional and technical relatively.The relevant countermeasures to resolve the development of community ecological sports in Chongqing mainly include: to strengthen the policy document formulation and promote the ideological propaganda work;to advocate the simple administration and decentralization,by using “Internet +” to integrate the community sports resources,and to establish the multi-sectoral development mechanism;to increase the financial input for government and broaden the channels of social funds;to innovate the rewarded mechanism for the development and inheritance in community sports projects;to promote the construction of the legal system in order to ensure the community sports work operating orderly.
