Objective: In the past,most studies on exercise and weight loss focused on fat decomposition.However,since the "level" of fat production is also an important factor leading to obesity,the differentiation ability and aggregation site of fat cells are worthy of attention.In this study,obese rats were induced by 45% high-fat diet,studied to analyze the influence of diet,swimming and ladder climbing training on the distribution and differentiation of adipose tissue,so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of obesity and chronic diseases by exercise.Methods: Sixty-three male SD rats were divided into five groups according to the experimental design: normal diet blank group(CS,n=9),high-fat diet control group(HS,n=9),high-fat diet intermittent training group(HI,n=15),high-fat diet continuous training group(HC,n=15)and high-fat diet resistance training group(HL,n=15).At the end of the 8th week,body weight,subcutaneous fat,perirenal fat and epididymal fat mass were measured,and lipid profile,glucose,insulin and leptin levels were determined.Cell morphology was measured by HE staining.Western Blot was used to detect the expressions of LPL,PPAR and APMAP proteins in white adipose tissue of three parts.Results: 1.Compared with the CS group,all the weighing indexesand subcutaneous fat ratio of the four high-fat diet groups were significantly increased.2.Compared with the CH group,all the weighing indexes in the HI group and HC group were significantly reduced,and leptin levels were well controlled;TG and T-CHO levels were significantly decreased in HC group.In the HL group,subcutaneous and epididymal fat mass and blood glucose levels were higher.3.Compared with HC group and HL group,LPL,PPAR? and APMAP protein expression levels in HI group were significantly decreased.Conclusion: The distribution of white adipose tissue in rats was mainly affected by high-fat diet,while the distribution was not significantly changed by exercise intervention.8 weeks of swimming and climbing training can effectively control the differentiation level of white adipose tissue in obese rats,and the change of high-intensity interval swimming training is more obvious.
