Objective: Exploring the changes of the brown adipose tissues in the similar strength of twokinds of exercise intervention and after having been changed. Clarifying the important role ofbrown adipose tissues in preventing and treating obesity, thus in order to provide theoreticalreferences on choosing what kinds of exercise to develop scientific exercise prescription.Methods:42Wistar rats,4weeks old, were divided into six groups which respectively weretreadmill group(group R), control group (group C), swimming group (group S), having beenset of treadmill training group (group Rc), quiet control group (group Cc), having beenstopped swimming training group (group Sc), each group of seven rats. Group R and Rc for8weeks of aerobic treadmill running, group S and Sc for8weeks of aerobic swimming training,group Cand Cc for8weeks of quiet feeding. The strengh of treadmill exercise training andswimming exercise training were about75%VO2max. After24hours later the last all trainingover at8th week, group R,Cand S were drawing materials, making the rest of the groups ofrats having quiet feed for4weeks. Comparing the difference of two ways of sports training onmaking an impact on the rat food intake, body weight, body temperature, white adipose tissueweight and shape, brown adipose tissue weight and shape and the influence of brown adiposetissue of UCP1expression.Results:1、During the training period, the weight of sports group of rats was significantly lower thanthe quiet control group (P <0.01), and the similar intensity treadmill trainning and swimmingexercise have the same inhibition effect (P>0.05). During the stopping trainning period,exercise group rats weight quickly catches up with the quiet control group, and by the end ofthe experiment, three groups of rats weight were basically identical.2、Exercise training can inhibit the young rats from energy intaking, the group R takes up themost significant inhibition effection. During the stopping trainning period, the average dailyintake of the rats in each group were increased, the most obvious increase was the group Rc,which was significantly higher than group Cc and Sc (P <0.01).3、In the training period, the rats’ body temperature before every exercise group S was lower than those of group C (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the group Rand group C. After exercising immediately, the temperature of group R was highest,but groupS was lowest (P <0.01). Within24hours after training the temperature returned to the levelbefore training movement. During the stopping trainning period, rats body temperature had nosignificant differences between groups.4、Sports trainning can inhibit the body from the accumulation of visceral white adipose tissue(P <0.01): after stopping trainning, the amount of visceral white adipose tissue in group Scwas still less than the group Cc(P<0.05), but there was no significant differences betweengroup Rc and Cc.5、Sports can not only affect the amount of visceral white adipose tissue of rats, also caninhibit the distribution.The effect was largely disappeared after over trainning, but in terms ofrenal ambient fat pad, the group Sc was lower than the group Rc (P <0.05).6、There was no significant difference between group R and C in quantity of shoulder brownadipose tissue of rats, but group S is greater than the group R(P <0.01).During the stoppingtrainning period, there was no significant difference between group Sc and Cc, but group Scis greater than the group Rc (p<0.01), which was same with results of the training period.7、During training period, the group R rats, minimizing the volume of brown fat cells havesignificant differences with group C (P<0.01). The group S rats,with the largest volume ofbrown fat cells, have significant differences with group R (P<0.01); but there were no obviousdifferences between group S and C. After stopping trainning, the volume of brown fat cells ofgroup Rc and Sc was decreased significantly than group R and S(p <0.05and p <0.01), andwas significantly less than the group Cc(p<0.01).8、Training period, the amount of UCP1expression of brown adipose tissue of rats in groupS was significantly higher than group C and R (P <0.05). Over trainning, the amount of UCP1expression of brown adipose tissue of rats of each group was significantly increased (p<0.01),and the group Sc is significantly higher than group Cc(p<0.05).There was no significantdifference between group Rc and Cc.Conclusions:1、Running and swimming exercise can restrain the excessive growth of body weight, and the ability to suppress the accumulation of visceral white adipose tissue.But the body afterhaving been running style movement food intake will increase sharply, visceral fat white tospeed up the accumulation and lead to weight gain.2、Brown adipose tissue plays a certain role in exercise for weight loss.Swimming better thanrunning more conducive to promoting the brown adipose tissue function, and can continue toafter having effect.3、In the adolescent stage of running and swimming exercise can effectively prevent theaccumulation of visceral white fat and weight gain.Swimming exercise can promote theincreased amount of brown fat and functional enhancements, and this effect can continue to,after having been conducive to lose weight.And running can induce brown fat cells becomesmaller, the trend after having been still exists.
