Social,national,industrial and employment organizations require the use of undergraduate education to train and transport "high-quality" high-quality talents.Students have the needs to adapt to and grow up in college and university studies.Project management practices are conducive to education.Demand-based education and management is an effective way to improve the quality and effectiveness of education.This study will start with students,through case review to carry out the status quo research analysis,and use the project management theory method to design Y college students psychological counseling needs analysis program,and then through the sample trial to verify and feedback,complete Y college students psychological counseling project needs analysis design.These include requirements collection,analysis,sorting,goal and situational creation,action recommendations,and project validation.The article shows the use of "SWOT" as a superior and inferior analysis,"SMART" to create a "psychological counseling" goal,"five questions","process flow" to analyze the project situation,and "demand tracking matrix" to provide the basic guarantee for program iteration;In the part of verification and revision,the process and effect of project management in psychological counseling needs analysis are presented in graphic.The importance of stakeholder identification and management was also noted in the study.Through research and practice,it has promoted the deliverability of psychological counseling to a certain extent,so that the goal of psychological counseling is more reasonable and the operation is more reasonable.
