The Analysis And Investigation On Undergraduate Students' Entrepreneurial Psychological Quality

Entrepreneurial psychological quality is the individual psychological disposition playing a dynamic role in the process of enterprise practice and the core content of Enterprise Education. College student's good entrepreneurial psychology quality practices the very important control action to the undertaking, which is the important guarantee to the undertaking practice. To guide the college student's entrepreneurial psychology quality correctly is the important segment to the undertaking educationg of every uniersity.This dissertation based on the theory of entrepreneurship, general psychology and statistics,mainly uses the job documentating analysis, investigation,statistical analysis and so on. To get under way of collection, reorganization and readings. This dissertion analysis the conntation of college students'entrepreneurial psychological quality, and generalize the connotation of undertaking, entrepreneur, then summarize the characteristics of college student's entrepreneur. On the basis of analysis, this disssertation is divided into four dimension, namely undertaking motivation, undertaking capacity, undertaking personality, undertaking knowledge skill. Trough the compilation and actual measurement of college students'entrepreneurial psychological quality questionnaire, we obtain 1200 sampled data. Then carring on mathematical statistic software SPSS17.0, we statistic the four dimention separately, such as frequencis statistics, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression annalysis, sample-Ttext, futhermore, we reaearch into the influencing factors. On the basis of statistics and analysis, we submit several suggeation on the entrepreneurial cultivation approsch of college students'entrepreneurial psychological quality.The result display that college students to be higher in undertaking motivation overrally, moreover college students take more consideration on the preperation of undertaking, but be insufficient to the undertaking konwledge. And the undertaking motivation exsists differences remaekably, as a whole, the male student is higher than the female student, however the male student is higher than the female student in the achievement guidance and he independent guidance.on the education background, the technical college students are more intense than the undergraduate student in undertaking motivation, on the territory difference, students from countryside is higher than student from the urban country. In the undertaking personality, as a whole the college student emotionality and the extroversion score are low, the accountability and the amiable score are high. The female student is higher than the male student in the mood assurance and control. But on the live territory and education does not have the significance difference. We submit several suggeation on the entrepreneurial cultivation approsch of college students'entrepreneurial psychological quality.and make the request on the government,family and university. The results of this study may also be that the government,institutions of higher learning the selection of a higher quality of individual entrepreneurs for reference, so as to enhance targeted support to improve the students starts their own business success.
