With the rapid development of information technology,online scoring system has been widely used in education,especially in the basic education.Because the class-teaching system is adopted in the basic education in China,it is relatively difficult to carry out individualized teaching.Through a review of papers and reports at home and abroad,the author finds that the individualized teaching theory research in the basic education is usually qualitative study,that individualized teaching practice is mainly based on teachers'teaching experience,and that there is a lack of individualized teaching research based on data analysis.The scoring system has a large amount of data,but the underlying valuable information has not yet been fully tapped.In light of this,grounded on constructivism theory,ARCS motivation theory and online scoring system data,this paper conducts research on the practice of individualized mathematics teaching methods in senior high school based on data analysis.The main work is as follows:Based on the data of the online scoring system,the software EXCEL is used to construct data analysis forms for the situations of both the class as a whole and individuals respectively.Data analysis is thoroughly conducted to find various problems According to constructivism theory and ARCS motivation theory,five specific individualized teaching methods are provided:concentrated instruction in difficult problems,group discussion of common problems,mutual assistance to solve respective problems,weekend online micro-class and compensation training of corresponding knowledge points.After effectiveness analysis of the practice results,suggestions are provided in carrying out individualized teaching based on data analysis.To summarize,by data analysis,individualized teaching discussed in this paper has transformed from experience-based to data-based approach,which not only improves teaching and learning results but also makes individualized teaching practicable.Individualized teaching based on data analysis is of use in basic education,since it can enhance teachers' teaching quality as well as students' learning effectiveness.
