Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Large-scale Children Participating In The Production Of Learning Tools

With the gradual deepening of Montessori educational philosophy,early childhood educators are increasingly recognizing the key role of young children in hands-on experience or practical hands-on learning tools.Children's participation in the production of learning tools are conducive to improving the enthusiasm of independent learning,meeting the inner needs of young children's growth.Simultaneously,it also helps educators to look at early childhood education in all aspects,to promote the establishment of a game community based on the theory of early childhood games and learning tools.This study takes Y kindergarten as a case researching on the issues related to the participation of large class children in the production of learning tools.Researchers mainly use literature,questionnaires,interviews and observations to obtain the information needed for research.This paper first expounds the practice and effect of the participation of large class children in the production of learning tools.Then,we summarize the problems that occur in the production of learning tools for large class children.The main problems existing in Y kindergarten large class children's participation in the production of learning tools are as follow:Poor independence of young children participating in the production of learning tools?Single mode?Low participation of young children?Unequal opportunities.Further research has found that the reason why large class children participate in the production of learning tools is that:The overall quality of teachers' guidance for children to participate in the production of learning tools is low;Kindergarten does not support children's participation in the production of learning tools;Parents pay insufficient attention to the participation of young children in the production of learning tools in the production of learning tools for large class children.Problems and causes in the production of learning tools for large children,the researchers proposed a detailed optimization strategy for large-scale children to participate in the production of learning tools.Including the guidance of optimizing the preschool teachers' participation in the production of learning tools for young children.And the establishment of acomprehensive support system for young children to participate in the production of learning tools,etc.I hope to provide reference for the same type of kindergarten.Promote the healthy growth of young children.
