During the two sessions in March 2018,Lin Yong,deputy to the National People's Congress,said that the duration of maternity leave and paternity leave for two children should be extended,and a humanized management system should be established to allow both parents to take maternity leave.By extending male paternity leave,men should enhance their awareness of raising children and doing housework.Since 2011,the state has attached great importance to the reproductive policy,because childbearing is not a matter of women and their families,but a matter of great importance to the operation of society.According to the data of the family planning department in 2017,at least 29 provinces in China have defined the period of paternity leave in the new family planning regulations.This is not only a favorable condition for the implementation of the fertility policy,but also a positive attempt to promote equality between men and women at the legislative level.In this context,this paper investigates and analyses the differences of the willingness and opinions of residents in Jiaoqiao Town of Nanchang City on the policy of maternity leave for men and women.Combining with the existing research,this paper collects data by questionnaire survey,and uses effective data to test and evaluate the model.Through cross-analysis,multiple ordered logistic model analysis and structural equation model analysis,the acceptance willingness degree of maternity leave policy and its influencing factors were deeply analyzed.Through the questionnaire,the following conclusions can be drawn: First,the residents generally hold an optimistic attitude towards the policy of maternity leave for both men and women,and believe that the policy can bring broader positive effects.Secondly,among the benefits brought by maternity leave policy,residents are more optimistic about the improvement of family environment,which is more conducive to the overall development of the family.Secondly,the impact on personal life is lower for enterprises and other employers.The results of empirical analysis show that: 1.the influence of maternity leave policy for men and women on personal employment environment is flat,and it can not completely improve the pressure of personal employment and life.The influence level distribution has no effect,the influence is weak,the influence is general,the influence is large,and the influence is significant at five levels,the proportion is 0.47%,2.62%,77.59%,17.95%,1.37%,respectively.In addition,nearly 90% of the respondents believed that the same maternity leave system played a very important role in the family environment and atmosphere as well as the healthy development of family members.The same maternity leave system provided extra time for employers to devote to family construction and second-generation upbringing.In the survey,more people believed that this was the effect and purpose of maternity leave policy.The proportion of influence from weak to strong was 0.2%,1.36%,6.06%,10.13% and 82.25% respectively.Finally,80% of the respondents believe that the system of maternity leave for men and women has little positive effect on the development of enterprises.The proportion of influence level is 11.17%,4.58%,79.67%,4.30% and 0.28%.2.When the maternity leave policy can well solve the unequal treatment and employment pressure faced by the individual employee or is more conducive to the development of the overall structure of the family,the respondents tend to accept the implementation of the maternity leave policy.The main factors of the respondents' recognition of the maternity leave policy also come from their own and some social problems can be properly solved.3.Business managers have a negative attitude towards the maternity leave system.Increased human resources and economic costs may bring some risks to business management,which is the main reason for managers' poor attitude towards policy.In the end,this paper summarizes the conclusions of the model,and expounds the results of the survey in three aspects.Then,according to the outstanding problems in the conclusions,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions from the government,units and individuals,in order to hope that the maternity leave system can be improved as soon as possible and implemented more effectively.
