Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Wuhan University Students' Willingness To Stay In Wuhan

Talents are the key to the competition of a country's comprehensive national strength,and also a tremendous driving force for the development and progress of a city.In the talent team,college students are a large proportion of talent resources with low cost and huge potential,so they are very competitive in the talent war in big cities.As a university town with more than 1 million college students,Wuhan has unique innate advantages in the talent war.However,it is embarrassing and puzzling that the brain drain in Wuhan is very serious.Many college students "flee" Wuhan as soon as they graduate.It is difficult for the college students trained in Wuhan to contribute to the development of Wuhan.Retaining local college students is obviously cheaper and easier than bringing in talent from abroad.Therefore,in this context,it is of great significance for the future prosperity and development of Wuhan to deeply explore the influencing factors of Wuhan University Students' willingness to stay in Wuhan and propose measures to retain more college students to take root in Wuhan.In this paper,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,descriptive statistics and inferential statistics are combined to study the problem.Based on the data collected from the questionnaire survey,this paper qualitatively analyses the factors that influence the preferred city for college students' employment in Wuhan.Then,by using logistic regression model and ranking selection model,this paper quantitatively analyses the factors that influence the willingness of Wuhan university students to stay in Wuhan and the factors that affect the stability of Wuhan University Students' willingness to stay in Wuhan in terms of their personal characteristics,so as to realize the division of college students' groups,and help to put forward pertinent suggestions.Finally,a structural equation model is established to explore the influence of potential variables such as personal development,policy factors and family factors on Wuhan college students' willingness to stay in Wuhan.The results show that only through descriptive statistical analysis,gender,school type,educational background and so on seem to have a certain impact on the preferred city for college students' employment in Wuhan.Logistic regression and ranking selection model show that school type,location of household registration,expected salary and professional counterpart attitude are the significant factors affecting Wuhan college students' willingness to stay in Wuhan.However,among the groups with willingness to stay in the Wuhan Dynasty,gender,location of household registration and expected salary are the factors affecting the stability of their stay in the Wuhan Dynasty.Structural equation model draws the conclusion that city strength,self-development,and quality of life have a great effect on Wuhan University Students' willingness to stay inWuhan.Finally,according to the results of the study,this paper puts forward suggestions and measures to retain more college students in Wuhan from both the individual and the government.
