A Practical Study On Group Work For The Improvement Of Parent-child Communication Skills Among Migrant Children

The rapid development of urbanization in China,attracting a growing number of rural surplus labor migration to cities,these people are called "floating population",in order to improve their children's living conditions,they will take their children together into cities,the children of floating population is called "migrant children",the number of floating children increased in recent years,along with the floating children parent-child communication problems by the public's attention,The quality of communication directly affects the quality of parent-child relationship,as well as the physical and mental development of children.How to improve the parent-child communication ability of floating children has become an urgent practical problem to be solved.This article through to Hefei D community of floating children and parents questionnaire investigation,interview and observation,understand the floating children parent-child communication present situation,and analyzes its requirements,the survey found floating children parent-child communication low initiative,the communication content of a single,lack of communication skills as well as the problem of expression is not clear,to this,this study using the method of group social work,In social learning theory and symbolic interaction theory as the theoretical guidance,design content,improve the floating children parent-child communication,at the same time to provide migrant children family parent-child interaction platform,promote the interaction between parents and children in the activity,increase understanding and density,increase the understanding of each other,improve the parent-child relationship,reduce the parent-child communication conflict,Finally,through the group members' satisfaction evaluation form and interview evaluation effect,and summarize the full text.This study found that the method of group social work flow in improving children's parent-child communication ability have certain effect,the author found that team work can flow in a relatively short period of time to promote children's parent-child communication,by taking part in group activities,a variety of topics floating children improve the parent-child communication consciousness,enhance the communication initiative,communication topic becomes rich,The parent-child relationship has been improved and the parent-child conflict has been reduced.The intervention of group work in parent-child communication of floating children has been highly recognized.Finally,the author reflected on the practice and results of the group work,so as to provide suggestions for other scholars to promote parent-child communication among migrant children in the future.
