Research On Social Support Network Of Uninsured Industrial Injury Patients

In recent years,China's rapid economic development,can not be separated from the hard work of front-line workers.In practice,some enterprises in industries such as construction industry and textile industry unilaterally pursue profits,but ignore production safety,reduce the necessary safety protection measures,and cause a lot of industrial accidents.In order to reduce expenditure,some enterprises do not pay industrial injury insurance for employees,employee participation rate is low.With the occurrence of industrial accidents,a series of problems follow,these uninsured industrial injury patients suffer from physical injury,economic shortage,psychological stress and other difficulties.Because of the lack of social support network of uninsured industrial injury patients,they are facing industrial injury.The plight of the accident is particularly helpless.However,the social support network plays an important role in the life care,the spiritual comfort and the ability promotion of the uninsured-related injury patients.Therefore,it is necessary to establish and perfect the social support network of the uninsured industrial injury patients.Through literature combing,in-depth interview and field investigation,the author investigates the needs and social support status of uninsured industrial injury patients in L District of Dezhou City by using the theory of social support network,and compares it with individual insured industrial injury patients.Summed up the needs of uninsured industrial injury patients and the status quo of social support.The survey found that many of their needs can not be met,mainly manifested in physical needs,security needs,love and belonging needs,respected needs,legal aid needs.Then,from two aspects of formal social support and informal social support,this paper analyzes the present situation of social support of uninsured industrial injury patients in L District of Dezhou City,and further analyzes the present situation of social support of uninsured industrial injury patients in L District of Dezhou City.The present situation of social support for uninsured industrial injury patients is summarized,which is mainly manifested in informal social support,but the role of formal social support is weak,the source of social support is single,the content of social support is monotonous and so on.This paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of social support network,including the following points: the relevant legal system is not perfect,the relevant government departments are not working well,the responsibility of employers,social organizations play little role,and the awareness of self-protection of uninsured industrial injury patients is poor.Uninsured industrial injury patients themselves and their families lack of understanding of industrial injury.The author believes that perfecting the social support network of uninsured industrial injury patients requires the joint efforts of the government,employers,communities,relatives and friends and social forces from all walks of life.The government should improve laws,regulations and services,employers should strive to enhance support,community and social workers and social organizations should play a role in strengthening the formal social support network of uninsured industrial injury patients.Individuals of uninsured industrial injury patients should improve their ability of self-support and relatives and friends should strengthen their support to strengthen the informal social network of uninsured industrial injury patients.
