The campus should be a pure land full of books and high civilization,while the teenagers should be the newborn sun of the motherland and the new force of prosperity.However,in recent years,due to the rapid development of national economy and society,the modern campus has been broken and social anomie has infected the pure land of campus.Middle school students are at puberty,their knowledge structure is not yet perfect,their psychological quality needs to be improved,and their ability to analyze and judge things is very limited.Coupled with the lack of sound support systems such as schools,families,and society,the school bullying has not been effectively prevented for a long time,affecting the healthy growth of young people and the harmonious development of society.Therefore,how to effectively intervene in the school bullying incident,reduce the occurrence of related incidents,and maintain social order and stability is urgent at this stage.The author entered Z City S Middle School for 6 months of research and work,and interviewed relevant cases in school bullying to understand the attitudes and treatment of bullies,bullied persons,teachers and parents towards school bullying;choosing the most vulnerable role in school bullying-being bullied,engaging in casework,correcting the unhealthy mental and behavioral state of the case;through the case counseling of the bullied,the irrational emotion of the client is improved and his ability to cope with bullying on campus is enhanced,with the aim of finally achieving the goal of preventing bullying on campus.This paper will use the professional values and methods of social work to study school bullying.S Middle School is a junior high school located in the old city of Z City.Its students are complicated.The deviation of school management mode is an objective factor in the frequent bullying of schools in S middle school.The improper disposal of schools,parents and students is the school bullying of S middle school.Subjective factors for effective prevention and treatment for a long time.This article takes a bully of S middle school as the research object,uses observation method and interview method to understand the current situation of the client and the place where the change is needed,and then use the case work skills such as empathy,listening,role playing,etc.Correction helps the client rebuild self-confidence and enhance his ability to cope with bullying on campus,thereby achieving the purpose of preventing bullying on campus.Based on case studies,the author believes that social workers should help the client rebuild self-confidence and enhance ability in the process of casework involving campus bullying;schools should change the way of dealing with bullying in the past,strengthen the moral education in schools and purify the school spirit;family members and homeschools should strengthen communication and jointly prevent and cure;the state should improve legislation as soon as possible to rectify vulgar culture and prevent campus bullying.
