With the frequent occurrence of campus bullying,all sectors of society began to pay attention to the causes and governance of campus bullying.Unexpectedly,campus bullying began to develop towards younger age.Some studies have shown that the proportion of bullying in primary schools is even higher than that in high schools.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to pay attention to the bullying in primary schools,understand the reasons behind bullying and curb the recurrence of bullying.In view of this,the author takes the primary school students of M school where the internship is located as the research object,collects and analyzes the campus bullying behavior and causes of the primary school through questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview and other methods,analyzes and designs the intervention scheme of campus bullying behavior of M primary school according to cognitive behavior theory,social learning theory and group social work method,and carries out at the same time to reduce campus bullying behavior Finally,the process and results of intervention are evaluated by front and back,observation and other evaluation methods.Through the research,this paper obtains the effectiveness of group work in reducing campus bullying.First,group work intervention is conducive to correct the bullying behavior of primary school students,and facilitate the smooth implementation of intervention activities in ways suitable for primary school students such as role-playing and watching videos;Second,the involvement of group work is conducive to improving peer relations and promoting interpersonal interaction.Social workers help team members master interpersonal skills through designing targeted services,so that team members can better integrate into the class,get along well with classmates in the student age,improve their interpersonal communication ability,and then promote the healthy growth of primary school students.
