In recent years,China is going through social transformation and its moral construction lag behind,so one problem after another appeared in the field of education,such as the issue of school bullying.Under the background of the development of The Times,bullying has been worse and more widespread.This phenomenon leads that quite a number of students have problem in learning disabilities,playing truant,depression and other negative behavior or mood when they are facing at school life.Bullying has influenced teenagers' physical and mental health in a bad way,so studying and solving the bullying problem is very urgently for us in the present.This paper is based on social exchange theory,interpersonal interaction and psychological defense mechanism theory,and it explains that there is "bullying cost" in school bullying.Simply speaking,the bullying behavior is affected by three motivation factors: crime cost,relationship cost and the systematic cost because of the damage by bullying behavior,and it will be analyzed about bullying behavior based on the three factors in the paper.I thinks that "bullying cost" has a profound impact on bullying behavior.It's because that both the bullies and the people who is bullyed always ignore the cost of bullying,so I did some research about "bullying cost" from the aspects of social work and practice.To some extent,this paper is helpful to enrich the campus bullying prevention research,at the same time provide new viewpoints and ways to solve bullying problems.Besides,the negative impact of bullying will be reduced and the effective ways will be provided after studying this papape.What's more,we will promote the organic combination between social work theory and practice,enhance the professional level of social work and strengthen practical experience.
