Dynamic Web Design is the main course of computer science in secondary vocational colleges. The basic knowledge is the important knowledge of modernization and informatization talent training. However,at present, the content of the "Dynamic Web Design" course offered by secondary vocational colleges is old and the teaching methods are old-fashioned.As a result, the talents cultivated do not have good programming skills and are unable to perform their duties after graduation. Therefore,it is very necessary to reform the existing teaching methods and deliver qualified information technology talents to the society. This study draws on the concept of “progressive project-driven teaching method” and “hybrid teaching method” to construct a teaching ability-oriented teaching mode. The model is divided into five phases, namely, asking questions, setting goals, selecting projects, splitting projects, and implementing projects.According to the objectives of the course and the characteristics of the students, select the project, and then disassemble the project into a series of “step by step” progressive experimental projects based on the intrinsic knowledge. All the experimental projects are designed around a complete and usable project to make the students complete.Quickly master the programming method in the experimental system, master the project development ideas, and cultivate the actual development capabilities. In the specific implementation stage of the course, the online and offline teaching mode is adopted, and the class is divided into pre-class,in-class and after-class.Before the class, the teacher uploads the relevant learning materials to the online platform in advance, and the students learn the relevant knowledge points in the new course. In the class, the teachers lead everyone to discuss, complete the experiment and answer questions.Under the class, the students continued to improve the experiment based on the suggestions made by the teacher and other students. In order to prove that the proposed teaching mode can effectively reduce the difficulty of the "Dynamic Web Design" course of the computer professional in secondary vocational schools and enhance students' interest in learning, according to the teaching objectives of the course, according to the principle of project selection, select "Web Forum System" as the teaching project, according to the project split. In principle,it is divided into 18 experiments of user login registration page experiment, use of request object to complete background experiment, user management page experiment, post posting, user comment, account security, etc.,and select two experiments in class, through questionnaire According to the analysis,72.31% of the students think that the difficulty of the course has decreased,73% of the students think that the interest in learning has improved, and 75% of the students think that the classroom utilization rate has improved. The innovation of this paper: starting from the recent development zone theory, mastering the learning theory,Dewey's "learning by doing" theory, constructing a programming ability-oriented teaching model for the characteristics of "Dynamic Web Design" course, and reforming the teaching method.Improve students' interest in learning and practical programming skills, team communication skills, collaboration skills, and ability to explore and solve problems.
