The rapid development of China's economy has been driven by the large-scale rural labor force,which has changed the face of the society,but also brought about some new social pro blems,such as the problem of left-behind groups,the growing difficulties faced by children le ft behind are of particular concern.To effectively address the emotional,psychological,learni ng,interpersonal,and social aspects of Left-behind children in China growth,it is of great pra ctical and profound significance for the healthy growth of the Left-behind children in China,t he improvement of the function of remaining in the family,the development of Rural Society and the harmony of the community.A questionnaire survey was conducted on children left behind at the age of 16 at the Shu anglong Primary School in Dongzhi County,Anhui Province,through questionnaires to visit t he schools and communities and families of children left behind,interviews with left-behind c hildren,school teachers and the Guardians of left-behind children revealed that the majority o f left-behind children had high levels of low self-esteem and a strong sense of loneliness.The Reverse psychology were severe and the resistance was strong Introverted personality,lack of social initiative,bad friends group,lack of social behavior,generation gap,encounter proble ms and perplexity;The academic achievement is not ideal,the study method is not scientific,t he learning goal is not clear,the dislike of learning is obvious.The value concept of "helping others" in professional social work,equality,respect,acceptance,individualization,non-critic al professional ethics and flexible and diverse professional working methods and working skil ls,it offers a strong possibility and feasibility for its involvement in the growth of Left-behind children in China.Based on the theory of dominant perspective,social support network theor y and social learning theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the growing dilemma of left-be hind children from four aspects: family,school,Community and policy,a comprehensive asse ssment of the growing needs of children left behind has resulted in the design and implementa tion of the team's work and case work programme.Through the development of group activiti es and individualized counselling,changing the learning attitudes and learning methods of left-behind children so that they clearly regulate the norms of behaviour,establish a correct outlo ok on friendship,and strengthen the parent-child relationship between left-behind children,tosolve some of the growing difficulties of left-behind children in different degrees.By summar izing and reflecting on it,the author further puts forward some suggestions to stimulate the po tential of left-behind children,strengthen the family function of left-behind children,strengthe n the construction of the social work force,integrate the community,schools and family resou rces to promote the healthy growth of Left-behind children in China.
