Application Study On Mobile Dependence Of Social Work Participation In Left-behind Rural Children

With the popularity of smartphones in China's urban and rural areas,smart phones have become an indispensable part of people's lives.Children have not yet formed a mature cognition,have no strong self-control,and are affected by mobile phones.Under this background,it is of practical and theoretical significance to actively explore cognitive behavior therapy in social work to solve the problem of mobile phone dependence of rural left-behind children.On the basis of the platform of CX social work development service center,the author evaluates the practical situation and available resources of social work institutions in this aspect of children's social work,takes examples from RF village,selects and measures eligible left-behind children in RF village through Liang Yongzhi's mobile phone dependence scale,selects six eligible left-behind children to carry out group work,and selects one victim to carry out case work according to the individual and family situation of left-behind children.Based on the village profile,mobile phone dependence performance of left-behind children with mobile phone dependence problems,and the reasons for mobile phone dependence,the author evaluates the needs of left-behind children with mobile phone dependence problems.Based on the specific needs of left-behind children with mobile phone dependence,cognitive behavior therapy is combined with social support theory and advantage perspective theory.In the group work,although the symptoms of mobile phone dependence of the six clients were slightly different,the thinking of interventional cognitive behavior therapy was the same.First,the unreasonable beliefs in group members' cognition were changed,supplemented by skills to reduce the frequency of mobile games and short videos.According to the specific psychological structure and the characteristics of mobile phone dependence,the author applies cognitive behavior therapy to clarify the ineffective thinking mode and behavior mode of the service object.At the same time,the cognitive remodeling of the service object is used to clarify the wrong understanding of the nature of the mobile phone APP,so that the service object can strengthen its rational cognitive ability,use painting therapy to understand the inner status of the service object,and use the "empty chair" technology to unblock the communication channels between the service object and the family,And the use of aversion therapy to effectively reduce the length and frequency of the use of mobile phones,in the theory of advantage perspective,tap the potential of the service object,think that the service object is capable,assist the service object in self-planning,Improve self-restraint ability,also enhance its willpower.Finally,the author found that :1.the application of cognitive behavior therapy in case work is effective.2.the application of cognitive behavioral therapy in group work has professional advantages.3.should pay attention to the use of specific techniques in cognitive behavioral therapy intervention.4.in the process of intervention,attention and family,league committee,school links and interaction.
