The deepening of the process of economic globalization, especially the rapid development of the Internet, has placed the cultivation of talents in a more prominent position, and the economic competition has become a talent competition. In this context,China puts forward a new talent cultivation strategy in order to adapt to the development trend of economic globalization and cope with more severe challenges in the future.Since the beginning of the new century,China has advocated quality education and promoted the all-round development of students. In 2001,China began to implement the three-level curriculum management system at the national, local, and school levels, and systematically reformed the requirements for personnel training.China is now in a critical period of comprehensive and deepening curriculum reform. The concept of “Lide the Tree,Practice and Educate People” has injected a strong boost into the current curriculum reform. As a small part of curriculum reform, geography school-based curriculum can play a vital role in geography teaching in middle schools. It is of great help to promote students' all-round development, implement quality education, and cultivate students' core cultural literacy. Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the development and implementation of geography school-based curriculum. In order to ensure the smooth progress of this research, this paper is supported by constructivism theory, humanistic learning theory, multiple intelligence theory and "process model" theory, using questionnaire survey, literature research method, observation method, interview method and data analysis method.Investigate the teachers and students of the 14 th Middle School in Kaifeng City.In November 2018,a total of 430 questionnaires were issued in one month, and 410 questionnaires were collected,of which 392 were valid questionnaires, with a recovery rate of 95.3% and an effective rate of 95.6%.In the student's questionnaire, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The geography school-based curriculum developed by the school is very popular among students, and the content is unanimously recognized by most students;(2)the implementation of the geography school-based curriculum does not increase the learning pressure and burden of students. On the contrary,it has a positive impact on the development of students' personality;(3)geography school-based curriculum has broadened the geographical knowledge of students, cultivated interest in learning geography, and effectively improved students' logical thinking ability.Through the research on the development and implementation process of the geography school-based curriculum in the 14 th Middle School,as well as the survey and interviews of teachers and students, the data analysis software is used to accurately analyze the data of the questionnaire. The development and implementation of the geography school-based curriculum faces the following problems:(1)Geography The development of school-based curriculum does not meet the needs of students;(2)the lack of professional competence of teachers, which restricts the development and implementation of geography school-based curriculum;(3)the management system and evaluation system of geography school-based curriculum is not perfect, and the development and implementation of geography school-based curriculum There is insufficient effective support;(4)local education administrative departments and grassroots schools are not supported enough, geography school-based curriculum development is not supported by funds and manpower, and teacher training,school-based book printing, practical activities and other hardware facilities are insufficient;(5)communication between development subjects The sense of cooperation is not strong, and the development and implementation of geography school-based curriculum cannot be carried out effectively;(6)the geography teacher curriculum has insufficient implementation ability, and the teaching organization form is relatively simple. The curriculum form does not break through the “wall” of the textbook. The important role of the geography school-based curriculum has been initially confirmed in this study, which has significant significance for promoting students' comprehensive and individualized development and cultivating students' interest in geography learning and geographic core literacy. On the basis of the survey results, according to the recommendations of the curriculum professional teachers and frontline geography teachers, the following solutions are proposed for the problems in the development and implementation of geography school-based curriculum:(1)combine the top-level design with the underlying requirements, and improve the curriculum development plan;(2)Enhance teachers' professional ability and focus on cultivating teachers' comprehensive quality;(3)Speed up the improvement of geography school-based curriculum management system and evaluation system to provide institutional guarantee for the development and implementation of school-based curriculum;(4)Strengthen communication and cooperation between development subjects to create more democratic and An open curriculum development and implementation environment allows students to enjoy a higher level of geography school-based curriculum. There are two main points in this paper: First, this study combines specific cases to analyze the problems in the development and implementation of geography school-based curriculum, and incorporates geographic core literacy into the implementation of geography school-based curriculum to explore geography The relationship between the curriculum and the development of students' core literacy.Secondly, this study combines the geography school-based curriculum developed by the school to conduct research and analysis. On the one hand,it provides a lot of reference for the development and implementation of geography school-based curriculum in other schools. On the other hand,it also proposes corresponding strategies for the sustainable development of the 14 th Middle School geography school curriculum.
