An Empirical Study On The Influence Of Human Capital In The East,West And West Of China On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

China's economy has experienced rapid development for more than 30 years,the existing industrial structure is difficult to support the rapid economic growth,is facing the test of the middle-income trap,industrial structure optimization and upgrading is imminent.Raising the level of human capital is an effective way to promote industrial upgrading.Although China has a huge population resource advantage,the quality of human capital needs to be improved.Each area in the west has its different characteristics and different level of economic development.Therefore,this paper takes the three regions of east,middle and west of China as the research object,in order to study the relationship between the human capital and the upgrading of industrial structure among different regions.This paper makes a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the three regions of east,middle and west of China,and tries to study the influence of human capital on the upgrading of industrial structure in different regions.The main research work is as follows: first,the literature on human capital,industrial structure upgrading and the relationship between human capital and industrial structure upgrading are summarized and summarized,and the relevant theoretical basis is combed out.The basic concept is defined.Secondly,under the background of the talent competition in the provinces and regions,this paper studies the influence of human capital on the upgrading of industrial structure,and at the same time joins the discussion of the regional differences,and the manpower of our country as well as the east,middle and west regions.The present situation of capital and industrial structure upgrading is analyzed and compared.Then,the panel data model is used for cointegration test and regression analysis to test the influence of human capital on industrial structure in east,middle and west regions.Finally,from the human capital and other angles to promote the upgrading of industrial structure countermeasures.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,through the analysis and comparison of the present situation of humancapital and industrial structure upgrading in China as a whole as well as in the east,middle and west regions,it is found that the overall human capital level of our country is on the high side in the world.The average level of the middle developed countries is only lower than that of some high income developed countries,however,the Gini coefficient of human capital is relatively high,although there is a tendency to shrink in recent years,there is still a big gap compared with the developed countries.The level of human capital in the eastern part of China is higher than that in the central and western regions,and the distribution structure of human capital is also superior to that in the central and western regions.In recent years,although China's industrial structure has been continuously optimized,but with the developed countries There is still a great distance between home and home.From a sub-regional perspective,the proportion of primary industry in the western region is still higher than 10%,and there is a big problem of employment deviation.The labor force of the primary industry is surplus,while the labor force of the second and third industries is missing.Secondly,through the multivariate linear regression to the panel data model,the paper analyzes the difference of the effect of human capital on the upgrading of industrial structure under different environment in different regions.It is found that both raising the stock of human capital and balancing the distribution structure of human capital can promote the upgrading of industrial structure,but the influence of the distribution structure of human capital on the upgrading of industrial structure is far greater than the stock of human capital.Both of them were significantly higher in the western region than in the eastern region.Secondly,the improvement of transportation infrastructure and the increase of scientific research funds have positive effects on the upgrading of industrial structure,and the degree of influence is different in different regions.Dependence of Foreign Trade on the Industrial structure of Western China Upgrading has a positive effect,but to the east and central regions of the industrial structure upgrade has a restraining effect.
