Research On The Effect Of Higher Education Human Capital To Urbanization Rate In China

Since the 1960 s,economist Schultz,Lucas and Romer study on economic growth from the material capital to human capital,widening the boundaries of academic research,created the theory of human capital,thus to cause the attention of economists.Countries such as Germany and Japan after world war ii to the rapid development of economy more confirmed receiving higher education human capital can provide huge for the country's development and prosperity and sustainable driving force.Without doubt,relying on the higher education human capital innovation,talent has become one of the important engine of economic growth.Understanding of urbanization,we can't simply as the increase of the population of permanent residents in cities and towns and the expansion of city scale,shifts the center should be a pattern of economic development to innovation as the driving,continuous industrial structure upgrade,in the true sense of living environment improvement.But the human capital in promoting the urbanization of the role of higher education to only by academics concerned by scholars at home and abroad in recent years.Existing research concluded that higher education human capital in promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in our country,with world-class competitiveness of urban agglomeration and higher education population urbanization needs and spread knowledge and skills of human capital externality,to form a new type of urbanization of our country has twice the result with half the effort.This paper is based on the theory of human capital,economic growth theory and the theory of urbanization,build a set of higher education human capital and urbanization development and establish the framework of econometric model.On this basis,using China's 30 provinces(except Tibet)from 2005 to 2016 panel data to empirically.Data test results show that the higher education with the increase of human capital of the urbanization level improved significantly,the conclusion confirmed a higher education has a significant role in promoting the urbanization rate of human capital.Finally,this article on the basis of the empirical,in order to promote a high level,the sustainable development of urbanization as the goal,the three regions in our country were put forward to further improve higher education human capital policy recommendations to promote the development of urbanization.Innovation point of this paper is the higher education and urbanization rate of human capital,and the empirical analysis of higher education to the influence degree of the urbanization rate of human capital;On the other hand,this article is based on three regional empirical results more Suggestions real status in different areas.Deficiencies mainly this article will study further refined for higher education human capital influence on the urbanization development of endogenous and exogenous.
