Research On The Development Path Of Medical Social Work

Guided by the theory of embeddedness,this paper explores the medical social work development of the Yunnan C Hospital through a case study method to explore the development path of the medical social work of the department.The study found that the establishment of a medical social work station outside the Department of Breast Surgery of Yunnan C Hospital has experienced two important stages,namely,the contract-type embedding stage introduced by the project and the endogenous root-rooting stage of setting up medical social work organization within the hospital,and the development of medical social work.It presents the four characteristics of contractual embedding to endogenous roots,transfer space to expansion space,professional participation to structural integration and benefit acquisition.At present,the Yunnan C Hospital's breast medical social work station is developing towards the integration and integration of values.However,due to the influence of the traditional service model of the medical system,the development of post-hair medical social work has been hindered,showing marginalization and attachment.At the same time,the author has carried out a detailed analysis of the opportunities and challenges in the development of medical social work.The development and construction of medical social work needs to exert its own advantages,grasp external opportunities,make up for its own shortcomings,meet external challenges,and overcome many bottleneck.Through the analysis and research on the medical social work station of the Department of Breast Surgery in Yunnan C Hospital,the general conclusions of the development path of medical social work are drawn.From the perspective of social work profession,medical social work must define its own value objectives and basic principles.Actively expand its functional space,give full play to the resource advantages of colleges and universities,and improve the professional talent team.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of talent teams,build resource networks,enhance professional skills,and avoid difficulties and obstacles that may arise in the development of medical social work;At the hospital level,hospitals must comply with the requirements of the times,meet the diversified needs of patients,actively promote the establishment of social work systems,improve relevant policy support,and realize the mutual development of multiple disciplines from the embedding of a single discipline.For hospitals,embedding And endogenous are development methods.Finally,this paper discusses the development path of medical social work.
