Research On The Development Path Of Medical Social Work In Kunming

With the reform and development of medical and health undertakings,medical social work has become an important part of the medical system in the new era.At present,the development of medical social work in China is still in the initial stage of development,and there are diversified development paths and modes in the development,with significant regional differences.The analysis of the development path or mode of medical social work in different regions of China is conducive to the summary of development experience,the timely discovery of problems and the promotion of the coordinated development of local medical social work.This paper takes the development path of medical social work as the theme.After introducing the development model of medical social work in different regions of China,this paper takes C and T hospitals in Kunming as examples to collect relevant data from the development background,development mode,driving force,service scope and other aspects of medical social work.Then,according to the theory of social capital and ecological system theory as the analysis framework,take advantage of the sociology.comparative study,analysis and comparison of the two hospital the medical affair social work development at the micro,meso and macro levels of resources and operation situation,to summed up the C,T two hospitals of different characteristic of the medical affair social work development path.The study found that the current local medical social work is in the initial stage,from scratch,and then developed,showing different development paths,different development paths show different advantages and disadvantages.At the same time,it is also found that medical social work is faced with many difficulties in its development,which are reflected in the following aspects:first,at the micro level,there are some development difficulties,such as low cognitive level,lack of talents,difficulty in direct intervention of doctor-patient contradiction,and waiting for the update of managers ideas and so on.Second,at the medium level,the scope of service is narrow and the ability of resource mobilization is not strong.Third,at the macro level,there is a lack of unified standards for top-level design,insufficient policy and system support,and a lack of local medical social work research.In order to get out of the dilemma of development,local medical social work need to mobilize the support of micro,medium and macro systems.Therefore,the author suggests to explore a "1+1" medical social work development path of mutual support and cooperation between hospital medical social workers and social workers of agency at the early stage of development on the basis of improving the relevant system at the three levels of local medical social work development.
