A Study On The Development Of "2 + 1" Model Of Medical Social Work In Heilongjiang Province

With the deepening conflict between doctors and patients, has seriously affected the construction and development of harmonious society. Therefore, medical social workers began to appear in a new career for the promotion of doctor-patient communication, it plays an important role in resolving the conflicts between doctors and patients. Medical social work in our country starts early, but develop slowly, they learn advanced experience from foreign countries and Hong Kong of China, Taiwan of China, and medical social work system relatively well, with its own regional development features. However, due to regional development in Heilongjiang occlusion, and low awareness of social work. This paper is mainly through field surveys of medical social work, social work practice research in Harbin Medical X hospital, explore the process of social work practice while discussing medical problems in the development of social work and related measures,explore the development path for the localization of medical social work. The article relies on social network theory, analyze the role of the various elements in the network of the development of medical social work. Learn from Shanghai, Guangzhou and other places "social workers + volunteers" linkage model of development, and actively extended to community development,putting "2+1" model,that is “ community workers+volunteer+social workers”three-linkage mode, open up a path for the development of a new regional development in Heilongjiang,and provide reference for the development and theoretical research for medical social work practice in China.
