| In the process of growth and development, the body development of children and adolescents has phased characteristics. The sensitive stage of the development of children’s sensitive quality is generally from 10 years old to 12 years old.At this stage, the body of children and adolescents has superior nervous system conditions. In this period, specially designed practice methods and a certain intensity of practice load can play a key role in the development of children’s sensitivity quality. The hexagonal reaction ball has its unique shape characteristics, followed by the randomness of its drop point and rebound direction. In the training process, the trainer should ensure that he/she makes the correct prediction decision and contingency preparation in advance. These characteristics are just similar to the uncertainty of the ball drop point in badminton events. The uncertainty and randomness of the six-corner ball make the training more interesting and stimulate children’s interest in learning motor skills. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of six-corner ball training on the agility quality of children badminton beginners, and explore the scientific methods to improve the agility quality of children badminton beginners, promote the development of children badminton beginners’ agility quality,so as to help enhance children’s physical quality, badminton technology has a qualitative improvement,At the same time,it provides practical basis for the wide application of hexagon ball training in badminton class. This study mainly adopts the method of literature, interview and experiment.Twenty-four badminton beginners aged 10-12 in Tianjin Yuxi Qianying Club were selected as the experimental objects, and the subjects were divided into equalized groups, with 12 students in each group. The two groups were taught according to the same teaching plan. After the end of the basic part of the course, the experimental group received the six-corner ball training, while the control group received the traditional agility training. The experimental intervention duration was eight weeks, and the training times were three times a week, each training time was 30 minutes. The training place was A5 badminton Hall,New Sports Center,Xiqing District,Tianjin. The test contents before and after the experiment were the same. After the experiment, the relevant sensitivity and diathesis indexes were measured for 24 subjects, and the experimental data were statistically analyzed. The following research results are obtained:1.After eight weeks of experimental intervention, the pre-test and post-test sensitivity test data of subjects in the two groups were analyzed and compared, and it was found that the six-corner ball training group and the traditional sensitivity training group had different amplitude of improvement in the pre-test comparison.2.After eight weeks of experimental intervention, the analysis and comparison of the experimental post-test data of the subjects in the two groups showed that there were significant differences between the scores of the six-corner ball training group and the traditional sensitive training group in terms of the quick reaction ability and the ability to change direction quickly(p < 0.05).3.After eight weeks of experimental intervention, the analysis and comparison of the experimental post-test data of the subjects in the two groups showed that there was no significant difference between the six-corner ball training group and the traditional agility training group in terms of the test results of quick change movement ability(p > 0.05).It shows that traditional agility training exercises children’s lower extremity muscle strength and explosive power, and children’s badminton beginners’ ability to quickly change movement has been improved. The following conclusions are drawn:1.After eight weeks of experimental intervention, compared with the traditional agility training group, the six corner ball training group has improved in different amplitude in the pre-test.Both methods can improve the quick reaction ability, quick change of movement and quick change of direction of young badminton beginners.2.The six-corner ball training is obviously better than the traditional sensitive training group in terms of rapid response and rapid change of direction. In the short-time fast and high-intensity training during the six-corner ball training, repeated multiple stimuli are carried out to improve the subjects’ ability of fast braking and fast turning, stimulate the subjects’ nervous system, and effectively strengthen the children’s badminton beginners’ ability of quick response and rapid change of direction.3.In terms of reflecting the rapid changes of children’s badminton beginners, the performance growth of the two test indexes of the traditional agility training group was slightly higher than that of the six-corner training group, which more indicates that the traditional training group can effectively improve the rapid changes of children’s badminton beginners and stimulate the subjects’ abdominal core strength.4.The six-corner training can better stimulate the interest and enthusiasm of young badminton beginners, reduce the boredom and tedium in the learning process, and improve the agility of beginners to a certain extent. |
