Cultivate with ethics and teach with aesthetic.Art education in a school is the vital way and content of aesthetic education.Under the thought of "The Internet plus",the dedicated class is the latest attempt to solve the problem of "insufficient classes"and,low quality class" in small-scale rural schools.Based on the curriculum standards of fine arts,music and art classes in Chinese primary school,combined with the core literacy concept,learning from foreign studies and on the basis of Bloom's educational evaluation theory and constructivist learning theory,this study designed a questionnaire named?The questionnaire of teaching effect of music and fine arts curriculum in rural online schools))and the scale dedicated to evaluate students' painting and singing skills,in order to evaluate the teaching effect of art classes in rural small-scale school.Through taking classes in the teaching center of dedicated class in C county,Hubei province and taking online courses in six selected small-scale rural schools,as well as making statistical analysis of survey data,this paper formed a basic research conclusion:At first,synchronous interactive classes ensure that the small-scale rural schools offer all art courses,but there are still some shortages of classes.Secondly,lecturers can make good use of teaching materials and realize various forms of interaction with students on and after class.However,it is not guaranteed that a lecturer can continuously teach courses in each semester,hence,students need to adapt to different teaching styles of teachers.Both lecturers in teaching center and auxiliary teachers in small-scale rural school can cooperate well in class,but they seldom communicate after class.Also,auxiliary teachers need to improve their ability on the preparation of class and the feedback after class.Thirdly,students can basically understand what lecturers is teaching,but "desertion" is common in class.Basic knowledge and skills of fine arts and music can be mastered by students,but they are not proficiency in language of fine arts and performance.The overall level of students' painting performance is good,but their singing performance only reaches the basic level,and their creativity needs to be improved.Fourth,learning attitude of students in art and music is good but they show more interested in art than music,learning attitude is affected by grade,gender and other factors.Finally,technical and equipment still need to be improved since there are problems such as live broadcast picture lag,sound delay,noisy transmission and equipment failure.Moreover,there are a lack of personalized technical design and support aimed at teaching methods of different art courses.Based on the above conclusions,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the art dedicated class:(1)the teaching content is directly transplanted from the traditional classroom,(2)teachers'teaching technical capabilities and classroom management skills need to be strengthened,(3)students have not fully adapted to the dedicated class,(4)teaching equipment can not fully meet the practical needs.The causes are analyzed from four aspects:imperfect guarantee mechanism,limited coverage of dedicated classes,weakness of teaching staff and lack of deep integration between dedicated classes and art courses.Thus,this paper have some suggestions to improve teaching effect of dedicated class in C county:Under the premise of"open all classes",we attempt to"open enough" art courses;Strengthen weak links and improve the quality of art education;Establish a evaluation program of art education in rural compulsory education.
