| The report to the 19 th CPC National Congress proposed implementing the rural revitalization strategy and giving priority to education.Education plays a basic and leading role in the rural revitalization,which cannot be separated from the revitalization of rural education.The No.1 central document of 2021 pointed out that the quality of rural education should be improved,and necessary small-scale rural schools should be retained and run well.Rural small-scale schools play a very important role in serving to ensure that rural students enter the nearest schools and consolidating and improving the popularization of compulsory education.At present,schools in rural areas in our country are still mainly rural primary schools and teaching points,which means that rural small-scale schools will continue existing and developing.In recent years,the construction and development of small-scale schools has received widespread social attention.It is worth studying and thinking about how the rural small-scale schools get out of the practical predicament of "small and weak" and "small and poor",and how the rural education meet the development requirements of the current era.This thesis takes the rural small-scale schools in Tongcheng City,Anhui Province as the research object,and provides a theoretical basis for studying the development of rural small-scale schools through defining the concepts such as the and withdrawing and merging of schools and the rural small-scale schools and sorting out the theory of educational equity,the theory of balanced development of education,the theory of human capital and the theory of educational function.Through in-depth research conducted through text analysis,questionnaire survey,and interview methods,we found that there are many problems in the development process of small-scale rural schools,such as student source,faculty situation,and educational conditions.This thesis provides corresponding solutions and suggestions from policy guidance,school management,teacher promotion and social function after analyzing the causes of the existing problems.The main body of the article is divided into five parts.The first part collects and studies relevant literature and materials about the topic to collate and analyze the literature and materials,and learn the development of the rural small-scale schools and the withdrawing and merging of schools.The second part elaborates and defines the relevant concepts and theories,which lays a theoretical foundation for the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the rural small-scale schools.The third part finds out the specific difficulties existing in the development of the rural small-scale schools in Tongcheng City by learning the basic situation of the development of rural small-scale schools in Tongcheng City,carrying out field investigation and interview work and collecting and collating the results of the investigation and interview.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the dilemma problems according to the results of the survey and interview.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures based on the analysis of the current situation and causes of the problems in the third and fourth parts,in order to provide reference for the development of rural small-scale schools. |
