| Postgraduate education is the main channel for cultivating high-level professionals.From the perspective of the particularity of postgraduate education,postgraduate education activities exist in the communication practice of supervisors and postgraduates.The relationship between supervisors and postgraduates is the basic expression of postgraduate education.The state of the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates is the core factor of the postgraduate education quality.Studies have shown that postgraduates’satisfaction with supervisors is generally high,but behind the”overall satisfaction"there are hidden typical problems that cannot be ignored.In this,this study will realize the theoretical construction of the ideal relationship between supervisors and postgraduates and explore the realistic guarantees that will lead to the landing of the theoretical model on the basis of clarifying the status quo of the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates.This study will be carried out in the following four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which is mainly to explain the origin and research ideas.From the gap between the importance of the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates for postgraduate education and the worrying status quo,we find a realistic basis for improving the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates.Based on the systematic review of the research progress on the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates,we establish the research ideas and research methods.The second chapter is stating problems and analyzing reasons.Combining the existing research with this survey,it is concluded that the general scene of the current relationship between supervisors and postgraduates is that they are both too focused on the narrow "self-struggling",ignoring the due responsibility for each other’s growth and development.This general phenomenon can be decomposed into specific problems such as inefficient interaction,mutual"occupation","aphasia"dilemma,and false"harmony".Based on the nature of relationship and a panorama perspective,we comprehensively reflect on the causes of the problems in the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates from the subjective behavior,the institutional environment and the social atmosphere and so on.Since the ego is the basic point of all thoughts and actions of the subject,the problem of the current relationship between supervisors and postgraduates can be attributed to the lack of care derived from the monad ego,thus putting forward a caring relationship between supervisors and postgraduates which contributes to the mutual growth to inject new vitality into graduate education.The third chapter is the theoretical construction of the caring relationship,which is the core chapter of this study.The caring relationship between supervisors and postgraduates,formed by supervisors and postgraduates in the process of communication,is generally a kind of development community relationship featuring mutual caring and growth.This study comprehensively expounds the connotation of caring relationship from three perspectives:the nature of caring,the goal and the content of the relation,deeply interprets the core features of the caring relationship between supervisors and postgraduates such as symbiosis,continuity,productivity and difference and constructs the content of the relationship from four dimensions:equal dialogue,collaborative innovation,life communication and educational management,so as to realize the theoretical construction of caring relationship.The fourth chapter aims to explore the realization guarantee of the caring relationship between supervisors and postgraduates.For the general problems in the relationship,supervisors and postgraduates should bear the primary responsibility,but the misguided relationship also has deep social roots,that is,the general anxiety caused by the uncertainty of individual’s living conditions.In this context,people are alienated from a relational existence to a monad individual,so it is difficult to establish a trust relationship between people.Therefore,in order to make the caring relationship come true,it is necessary not only to improve the subjective cultivation of supervisors and postgraduates,but also to strengthen the system security and cultural construction at the same time. |
