The Research Of Private Education Host's Literacy In Guangdong,Hong Kong And Macao Bay Area

Private education is an important part of socialist education.The quality of private education organizers plays an important role in the development of private education.In this paper,the data were collected mainly through literature survey,interview and other research methods,and the data were processed scientifically.The status quo and problems of the current organizers in the development process of private schools and institutions were analyzed,and the reasons were traced,and the corresponding suggestions were put forward on this basis.The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area has a strong demand for high-quality private education with international characteristics.This paper preliminarily discusses the literacy of the sponsor.On the basis of the questionnaire,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the sponsor of private education with education origin accounts for a relatively small proportion;Second,the organizers of the education have management enthusiasm;Thirdly,the improvement of the organizers' quality plays a positive role in the development of private education,at the same time,the author also found the following deficiencies of the organizers:(1)After the amendment to The Law on the Promotion of Private Education was passed,some organizers were confused about the original intention of running schools and institutions,which showed the lack of legal literacy.(2)The educational attainment of some organizers is uneven and needs to be improved urgently.(3)Private education are faced with internal and external management pressure,and the management quality of the organizers needs to be improved.(4)In response to the actual demand for high-quality private education in the area,the organizer's international vision and personal quality are somewhat inadequate.Based on the analysis of the literacy of the organizers,the author further discusses the causes of the low literacy of the organizers,and on this basis puts forward effective strategies to improve the organizers'literacy:(1)From the individual level of the organizer:the organizer should not forget the original intention,stick to the purpose of education,adhere to the rule of law in management,strengthen the internal management of private education,improve the international perspective,and comprehensively improve their legal literacy,education literacy,management literacy,international perspective and humanistic quantity;(2)From the perspective of educational administrative departments,educational administrative departments should pay enough attention to private education,raise the threshold of admission for private education organizers,and practically strengthen the supervision,management and training of private education organizers;(3)From the social level:to create a good social environment conducive to the development of private education,and from the legal level to promote the sustainable development of privateeducation.
