In 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping personally planned,deployed and promoted the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and in 2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council released the <Development Plan Outline of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area>.It has important guiding significance for further improving the education cooperation mechanism in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao’s Greater Bay Area,jointly promoting the construction of the Greater Bay Area and creating a first-class Bay Area and world-class city cluster.In line with the strategic direction of the national development of the Greater Bay Area,Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao formed the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Physical Education and Development Alliance in 2018,aiming to build a platform to promote exchanges and collaborative development,and to promote the integration and sharing of physical education resources among the three places.As an important part of physical education,how to promote the interaction of physical education in the three universities in the Greater Bay Area and enhance the overall effectiveness of physical education has become a major issue that we need to address urgently.In this paper,the construction and interaction mechanism of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area University Physical Education Teaching Alliance is studied through the research methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical and statistical methods and logical analysis.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The content of physical education courses and venue equipment in the universities of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao cannot fully meet the needs of students.The universities of Hong Kong and Macao have less physical education course content and lack of physical education venues and physical education teachers’ resources,but the age structure of physical education teachers in the universities of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao is reasonable,and each university has its own advantageous physical education programmes,and there exists a basis for interaction in physical education.2.93.33% of the experts think that it is highly necessary and feasible to build the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area University Physical Education Teaching Alliance.3.By integrating the opinions and suggestions of various experts,we finally established four interaction mechanism level 1 indicators of coordination interaction mechanism,sharing interaction mechanism,guarantee interaction mechanism and evaluation interaction mechanism,and 17 interaction mechanism level 2 indicators.4.Through two rounds of expert questionnaires,four primary indicators of interaction mechanisms,namely coordination interaction mechanism,sharing interaction mechanism,guarantee interaction mechanism and evaluation interaction mechanism,as well as 17 secondary indicators,were finally established.5.The coordination interaction mechanism includes teaching decision coordination,teaching plan coordination and teaching organisation coordination;the sharing interaction mechanism includes physical education curriculum resource sharing,physical education teaching information resource sharing,physical education venue and facility resource sharing and physical education teacher resource sharing;the guarantee interaction mechanism mainly includes system guarantee,resource guarantee,quality guarantee and innovation guarantee;the evaluation interaction mechanism mainly includes alliance organisation and management evaluation,evaluation of teaching conditions,teachers’ evaluation of the learning process,students’ evaluation of the learning process,teachers’ evaluation of the teaching process,and students’ evaluation of the teaching process.6.By establishing a coordination and interaction mechanism,the alliance system can achieve efficient collaboration and organic interaction.By establishing a sharing interaction mechanism,the integration and sharing of quality physical education resources is achieved to improve the overall effectiveness of physical education.By establishing a guarantee interaction mechanism,provide software and hardware support and guarantee for the interaction of the alliance’s physical education teaching.By establishing an evaluation and interaction mechanism,the institutional mechanism of the alliance will be improved to achieve the sustainable development and normal operation of the alliance.
