Research On The Coordinated Development Of Youth Sports Events In Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

In 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping personally planned,arranged and promoted the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.In 2019,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Outline of the Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The Outline is of great guiding significance for promoting the coordinated development of the three areas in the Greater Bay Area,building a world-class Bay Area and a world-class city cluster,and further improving the sports exchanges and cooperation in the Greater Bay Area.In 2025,Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao will jointly host the 15 th National Games,which is an important opportunity for the coordinated development of sports events in the Greater Bay Area.A large bay area of Guangdong youth sports as an important part among them,how to promote the coordinated development of a large bay area of Guangdong youth sports,creating a large bay area of Guangdong youth sports brand,promote the youth exchange,Guangdong province,Hong Kong and deepen friendship and cooperation,realize the three teenagers cultural identity is we need to solve a problem.In this paper,the youth sports events in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2017 to 2020 are taken as the research objects by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods.The collaborative development of youth sports events in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is studied from six aspects: competition development,policy formulation,management organization construction,management personnel training,media publicity and cultural construction.The conclusions are as follows:（1）In the past four years,a total of 75 sports events were held in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area youth sports events,involving 28 events.Badminton,dancesport and basketball were the most frequently held events.The event is mainly held from October to December.The number of events is on the rise every year,and the events are held in uneven regions,mainly concentrated in Shenzhen,Guangzhou and Dongguan in Guangdong.Hong Kong holds few events,but Macau has not held any events,and the standards of each event are different.Therefore,it is necessary to create youth sports events in the Greater Bay Area according to the historical characteristics of sports in the three cities and cater to regional culture.（2）The state enacted,Hong Kong and Macao to strengthen youth exchanges,make big bay area brand competition policy,and signed the relevant agreement,but the coordinated development of Guangdong youth sports related policy document has not been issued,need to speed up the coordinated development of large bay area youth sports policy,increasing of big bay area youth sports events on human,material and financial resources.（3）A large bay area of Guangdong youth sports competitions held most alone by Guangdong,competition between different project lack of system of organization and management agencies,therefore,in the event of Guangdong province,Hong Kong and need to strengthen coordinated management,a clear division of labor,give full play to the three advantages of resources,realize the coordinated use of various resources.（4）There is no training of sports event management personnel in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and the event management personnel are mainly recommended temporarily by the organizing committee.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the training and training of personnel in various aspects such as event planning and creativity,competition organization,market development,brand promotion and logistics support.（5）A large bay area of Guangdong youth sports media official agencies,institutions and schools,network,newspaper,television,mobile APP and other information network 6 kinds of ways,but with Hong Kong and Macao media attention is not high,so you need to build a large bay area of Guangdong youth sports special news media platform,collaborative outside the media,Coordinate the release of various event news,expand the scope of dissemination.（6）The cultural construction of youth sports events in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is not perfect,the material culture construction is not comprehensive,the institutional culture is not innovative,the spiritual culture is neglected,and the behavioral culture is not spread;Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the material culture,system culture,spiritual culture and behavior culture construction of youth sports events in the Greater Bay Area.
